Absolutely horrible customer service. My shipment took over 2 weeks and my request to cancel was ignored. No updates or shipping status from anyone. I have finally received the shipment and have an unopened box full of items that I’ve been trying to ship back but they will not return my many calls or respond to the numerous email requests. I am well within my 30 day return window. I will file a case with the BBB and dispute these charges with my financial institution. This is completely unacceptable!

I purchased the nectar detangler and the bottle is defective. It's difficult to use the container. I emailed the company and my email was ignored.

The website is full of glitches and incorrect/confusing information. When I tried to checkout:
1. There was a message that said an item in my cart is out of stock and that my cart had been updated to reflect this; however, the contents of the cart remained exactly the same. So which item is no longer in stock?
2. There was also a message that the product doesn't ship to my location yet when I looked under shipping, it listed my country as being a location they ship to. What's that all about?
I watched a lot of influencer reviews. I'm just a regular person and it irritates me to no end when the influencer experience is VIP and regular customers get a nightmare when it comes to dealing with businesses that go all in to target us but serve up a mess instead. I really wanted to support Pattern Beauty but now I don't trust them with my credit card info or to ship the items to me. Some of the reviews on Better Business Bureau got me shook. The checkout experience is vital for an online business. This website is lazy and trifling. Pretty images but operationally, frustrating and not worth the hassle especially after reading the BBB reviews. An F?!!!! How is that allowed to persist? Aren't you embarrassed? I don't want any product enough to pay money for an empty box. I have already moved on to looking for a similar dryer on Amazon. Shame. I really like T.E. Ross. Ms Ross, your name is at stake. Take these complaints seriously and get it together with your customer service and web design team. Before black people had options for styling tools and products that met our unique needs this would be the typical experience we all just had to tolerate, but now.....it's a Girl Please!

I have called left voice messages, emailed and I have received absolutely no help. When you call the toll-free number they keep you on hold only to hear prompts then you are hung up on. I have literally been trying to reach someone to help me on social media, email and phone and nobody will help me. Here we are weeks before Christmas and I have absolutely nothing. I hate to do this to a Black-Owned Business but this is HORRIBLE>
