This is my first time buying from Patrolline's online store and before I could proceed with the order I had to ask several questions with 3-4 emails. Great alarms first of all (mine has worked no problems in hot, cold and wet weather). Asked for a manual since i couldnt find it online. Got it no questions asked, within an hour, on a sunday. Thats what i call customer service!
