Kimberly did not listen
Kimberly did not listen, sent me the wrong SIM having to send another, costing me time loss . Slowed/stopped data on a weekend, without ability to upgrade or options. Inability to sign into app, which would have helped, & not even tech support on workday could access. Nationwide & unlimited are just that! Placed on a business account with 20+ others. Completely, unacceptable!

We sincerely apologize that the agent did not include both the activation and transition SIM cards. New members porting from AT&T cannot activate on the America Network immediately due to a system limitation, but they can switch to it the following day with a new SIM or eSIM. We regret that an America SIM was not included, as we understand this delayed your ability to access our network with the best coverage.
While we offer an iPhone app, an Android app is still in development and is expected by year-end. In the meantime, Android users can manage their accounts through our website or contact Support for upgrades.
We also apologize for the account-related confusion. Your number was on its own account; the reference was to how it appears internally during transfers from the America Network to AT&T. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and provide clarity. Thank you. We wish you all the best!
