Good quality products at a reasonable cost.

Had problems with offset umbrella. Wrote a review and never heard back. Was not a good review of their product,probably did not want hear a complaint.
Umbrella never worked right from day one. Sent review.
Well never reccomend to anyone to buy from patiodepot.

I really like my umbrella. It had a part missing when I received it but I emailed them and they sent it immediately. Great customer service. Only complaint I have is my umbrella has faded really bad. Have only had it a few months. Other than that it covers well.

I purchased 2 different umbrellas and the table one is great the cantaliever one was a waste of money. The slightest breeze and all it did is swing. The patio depot was of no help and it is now trash.

The net umbrella cover is great. I've used it for 5 months, even leaving it in a pile on the deck on occasions it was too windy to leave the umbrella up. I'm glad I took a chance and ignored the poor reviews, it has held up really well with no snags or tears (we don't have any small kids or dogs).

Also, they have excellent customer service, had trouble with the umbrella cord, sent a photo, and I had replacement within a few days. Very pleased!

We ordered a yellow patio umbrella just days before our outdoor party for a large group of boaters. It arrived on time, was very sturdy, and is still standing strong after 4 months of wind, rain, and saltwater spray! If it ever wears out, we will order the same umbrella again.

I purchased an off set patio umbrella and was very disappointed by the quality and workmanship.
The slightest breeze and it would spin completely around. Even with the 4 piece stand it still went over and broke. It has a lifetime warranty but you have to pay another $70.00 for shipping. Too bad I hadn't seen it sooner. The same umbrella was being sold locally for $59.00 I paid $200.00 for the umbrella and another $79.00 for the stand thru Patio Depot. Exchanges can only be done on line. Never again!!!

Returning a defective item was not a good experience.

It's been close to 2+ months & I'm still waiting for my patio umbrella 😂

navigating the website was easy, ordering was easy, shipment was quick.
re-ordering a replacement when my umbrella broke was also easy. FYI- the umbrella became damaged when there was an unexpected high wind storm and my table tipped over, it didn't break due to poor quality. my 2nd one seems a little wobbly (the poles don't sit snug inside each other) but not bad enough to bother me.

UPDATED:::: Customer service contacted me and made things proper with me, gave me a few choices :-)
Product is cheap, had problems out of the box. Sent an email and never got a response. Umbrella is like a cheap Home Depot one , but costs more.

Patio Depot has contacted me and been very helpful.
I like their product and would use them again

I was very impressed with the shipping, I got my umbrella in only 2 days. I love my new product, the quality is great! Great company, will definitely order more for you guys!

Although The 11’ canteliever umbrella we received arrived damaged and with no instructions, we spoke with David at the Patio Depot’s Customer Service Department on the phone today and they have offered to ship out a new replacement umbrella tomorrow with no additional cost to us! 😀

Price was right, delivered quickly. Good quality. The only compliant would be a flaw in their design, where the entire vertical bar will turn in a breeze.

Unfortunately the umbrellas are of poor quality. I ordered two umbrellas one fell over with in the first week from light wind in bent three arms in the fall. They replaced it for free the other fell over a few weeks later with the same result. I called To find out the replacement was free but shipping cost was $50 now because if was after 30 days. My fault for not reading warranty. I feel most review on website are fake.

Also save fabric to cover fire wood pile, biggest initial concern was also found out to be true... the color fades bad.
