I was very sceptical about the before and after photos seen however the jet wash chemicals haven’t touched the black and the black spot on my sandstone patio so I decided to buy this product needless to say it worked exceeded my expectations and I would by again. I only did this a few days ago so I’m not sure how quickly the black spot will return. The application is really easy. He literally pour the liquid into a spray bottle and the spray on the patio. It really is that simple.delivery was within two days.

I have used the artificial stone solution for once a year for 3 years and it has transformed horribly blackened slabs back to cream. The slabs stay fairly clean through the winter too.
Easy to apply with a hand pump spray, wait 30 mins and wash away.

I was skeptical about this product having tried others with poor success but the bottom line is it works. It might be a bit expensive but it gets the job done as promised in the company literature.

Used this product before and was very happy to return to it. Great for the job and didn't disappoint. The patio looks like it did when first laid. Excellent.

Score 8/10. Good product but takes two to three treatments and even then doesn’t remove the toughest black spots. Coverage limited due to number of passes needed, hence cost high to treat reasonable size patio!

Excellent product. Really easy to apply with a garden sprayer and works as advertised. Black Spot goes.

Product arrived promptly. Application was easy. Was warned about not using enough product, but not about using too much. Result is stones are like new, without any jet washing, but I have only completed half of the task. How do I judge if enough product has been applied, is it only by sight after two hours?

Probably a great product but I can’t get hold of it. Twice Toyal Mail say they’ve tried to deliver when they simply didn’t show up to a permanently manned office. Redirected to post office and just found out it has been sitting there for days without any notification. I was about to ask for my money back but I’m keen to try it out as it looks pretty good !!

An excellent product. Applied 2 coats as directed and couldn’t believe the results. The reconstituted marble statue had been in the garden for 15 years and was very discoloured and dirty. Not any more! It is now white again. Would definitely recommend.

Worked just like it said it would!
Extremely happy with the end result. Made light work of a normally back-breaking job.

It cleared my natural stone patio of 95% of the black spot discolouring. The rest of patio was as new. However, I found the product very expensive for the quantity in the containers.

We thought we were going to have to replace our paving, which is 18 years old standard builders paving, due to the severity of the black mould. However after using this product it is looking really good, very little mould left after one application, we will certainly get a few more years out of it. Highly recommend.

This is our second treatment; first was applied by company staff and was immaculate of course. We bought the kit to do it ourselves and it is looking good, but we had to do some manual scrubbing after the jet wash to remove remaining softened stains - possibly we didn't leave it on long enough. It is a great product and would recommend.

Great product. Easy to apply. All black spots gone. And some were years old!
