Daniel Walton Is The #1 Marketer

Patient Acquisition is the top, best rated med-spa marketing agency out there in the space. I've known Daniel for awhile now and I've got to say, he's definitely on some next level shit when it comes to marketing.

His delivery and performance are all top notch and I would highly recommend him to any med spa clinic who wants to level up their business.

Work with him. Who cares if it's expensive, you'll make more than just your money back.

I have been with PA for a few years…

I have been with PA for a few years now. Daniel and his team have become one of the best relationships/assets I have made on this journey. I started with PA when I was a single room/single injector clinic, three years later I have two licensee locations and many injectors and ancillary staff. I count on PA for a lot more than ads, as time has gone on they are a trusted partner in my business for everything from ads to resources and advice. The ads are the primary thing we do together and they continue to be ahead of the game when it comes to trends and what’s coming.

Because Daniel sees the inside of so many business he is able to give me insight into my next moves as well; he has very little ego about it too, he shares what he has and lets me do the rest. He has also connected me with other owners over the years that have become friends and helpful colleagues. Very grateful to you all. I hope this review is helpful to who ever is reading it, I kissed a lot of frogs before finding patient acquisition, good luck out there.

Patient Acquisition has the first…

Patient Acquisition has the first marketing company that not only provides results but also makes sure they keep up with the market changes. Especially in a highly competitive market. Would highly recommend them for a trusted growth partner.

Zero delivery of new patients

We signed up with Patient Acquisition (also goes by Daniel Walton) in June of 2024. We purchased 3 months of full service lead gen from them. They were to deliver pre-paid (via deposit) patients ready to go for our weight loss clinic in Ohio. Our campaigns spent thousands on ad spend in addition to their agency fee.

We were told we would get 1-2 patients a day and it would scale up from there after 30 days.

After 60 days and thousands of dollars spent, we had ZERO new patients…ZERO! We were given excuses of “bad time of year”, “your account manager is no longer with us” etc etc.

We requested a refund and were told no. Even after explaining I would make my factual experience public, they refused to refund.

Very disappointing experience as we did everything they asked and got no results.

Dear Bryan,

We are sorry to hear about your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to address them.

From the outset, we emphasized that marketing campaigns, especially patient acquisition systems, are not "get-rich-quick" solutions. They require a minimum of 60-90 days to generate a return on investment, depending on factors like previous marketing efforts, market conditions, budget, and business processes. Unfortunately, your campaign faced significant challenges beyond our control.

Specifically, your Facebook ad account was hacked, which prevented us from running ads and spending the recommended daily budget of $100 necessary to achieve the results you were seeking. Despite this, our team went above and beyond, working directly with Facebook representatives to resolve the issue at our own expense—costing us significantly more than what we charged you. We worked tirelessly to restore your campaign, ensuring minimal downtime, while also implementing alternative strategies to keep the momentum going.

However, success in marketing requires patience, collaboration, and adequate resources. Despite our strong recommendations and consistent communication, you did not allocate the necessary ad spend and decided to quit prematurely, well before the recommended timeline had elapsed. To use an analogy: it’s like hiring an engineering team to build a rocket to Mars, being told how much fuel is required, but providing only half of it and expecting success.

Throughout the engagement, our team provided constant updates, actionable solutions, and optimizations to the campaign. Unfortunately, your approach was counterproductive. You were quick to criticize, consistently negative, and repeatedly requested a refund just weeks after signing the agreement, despite the contract clearly outlining a non-refundable policy.

You facebook hack and your premature decision to abandon the campaign prevented us from achieving the results we were confident we could deliver.

We remain committed to transparency and professionalism, but it is important to note that the challenges we faced were addressed in good faith, with ongoing support and resources offered to you at no extra cost. As outlined in the signed agreement, our services are non-refundable, and we are not liable for delays caused by issues with ad accounts or pauses in campaigns.

We strive to work with clients who are collaborative and understand the realities of building successful campaigns. Should you wish to discuss this further, please contact us directly.

Wishing you all the success.
