Complete scam

Complete scam! I signed up thinking they'd deliver real followers from my target region (Europe/Balkans for my Montenegro apartments). From day 1 I told them: NO followers from other continents, only potential guests/customers from my area.
They strung me along for 15 days with 'wait, we're building the system'. Took $350 upfront for a YEARLY plan, then after 15 days said they CAN'T target my region properly.
Now, a YEAR later, they tried auto-renewing and charging my card AGAIN! I immediately told them NO, remove from my account. They refuse refund despite their policy. Pure thieves – fake service, fake promises, stolen money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Took my $350 and ghosted

Appalling and good luck when you want to cancel.

Like others I just got sent a load of bot followers. I don’t think there was a single genuine one in the whole year I was with them. Even worse was the experience of cancelling. I cancelled the subscription and got sent another bill because apparently you have to also close the account after you cancel the subscription and if you cancel the subscription at a time that falls inconveniently after a billing period then they can send you one more bill. I had to get my bank to actually block all payments to this company just to stop them gouging money from me.

I have also noticed the similar reviews from others who have been charged after cancelling their subscription. A cancelled subscription should mean exactly that - you should not have to argue about billing periods or be told that cancelling an annual account means that they will now charge you on a monthly basis or any other deceitful behaviour. The customer needs confidence in these matters , not confusion.
