I suggest everyone on here contact their bank to register a scam/fraud company against the amount paid. My bank has reimbursed me and claimed money back from the fraud company. Good luck.

Ordered two dresses for a wedding, they arrived after the date as took a month to arrive. Terrible quality, no labels, smelt of chemicals. Tried to return and after several emails that started at a 15% refund offer, insisted I wanted to return them as they were awful and didn’t fit (too short in body) they said I’d have to pay to return them Asia. Pushed for a 50% refund as this is what it would cost me to return them tracked to Asia. Just got half the £52 spent back but it’s a scam company using fancy marketing, a shop front and UK looking website to sell tatt. Do NOT buy from Paterson London. Save your money.

I ordered two outfits from them. It took ages to come...they said 'apologies for delay due to stock check.
The first two piece came (I ordered two in different colours) and when I received the first package I knew in my heart I had been scammed before even opening it because it was crammed into a bag. The material was awful and poorly made. I cried because I'm on a pension and this was birthday money I was spending. I can never afford to treat myself but thus transaction was a blow to the core of people taking money from the poor.
I still cry and wonder how I got into this mess. Minus my birthday and scared to shop online forever.

This company present themselves as a family run business based in London and show pictures of an impressive shop. However, their quoted address is actually registered as NQ64 Arcade Bar - not a clothing store.
Unfortunately, I didn’t discover this until I tried to return the extremely poor quality goods supplied. Despite numerous emails, they refused to provide their return address, stating returns had to be sent to their manufacturer in Asia. They offered a discount for me to keep the goods. After each rejection email, they continued to refuse to provide return details and increased the discount to 30%. They clearly do not accept returns despite stating that they do.
Paterson London repeatedly contravened The Consumer Regulations.
I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company, the goods supplied are really poor quality - my cleaning cloths are made from better quality material.

Item not as described , want to return despite it being Paterson of London return to Asia plus pay shipping costs and customs !
Don’t use this company just awful

Waited weeks for delivery, emailed them saying I now believed they hadn’t got a shop at all and probably the dress would be from China…was told it was on its way but they didn’t deny it. The dress eventually arrived, sizing atrocious, quality worse ever seen, not at all as described or as shown in the original advert. I am usually very careful about using unknown sites, now I know why! Advert said half price, not worth a fiver!!! Please do not order from them.

Not worthy of a 1 star, do NOT buy from this company, their products are made in China, their sizing are all wrong, products are cheap and distasteful and a nightmare to get a refund and they are NOT UK based

Absolute shocking - i wish i'd read the reviews first. The website looks like its a boutique shop but this is a lie. I am looking for dress to wear to my daughters wedding in november, and the dress i ordered looked lovely. They say next day delivery - my dress took 3 weeks to arrive. It's quality is so bad it has shoddy workmanship and terrible finishing on hems and zips, it doesnt fit, ordered a 14/16 and it doesn't even go over my size 8 daughters hips! no official label, just a tag with L on it. Asked for a refund got offered to keep the dress for a 15% discount. i dont want the darn dress... its no good to anyone! i want a full refund!

I should have read reviews. I was sent a dress which is nothing like I ordered. Poor quality not even a label!! I’ve then Had a ridiculous set of emails back and forth offering me 15% refund then 25%. This is for the wrong dress !!! It was delivered so late id ask them to cancel the order. That apparently wasn’t happening. It feels automated. The site looks professional. So beware. DO NOT GET CONNED

The only reason they have the one star is because there isn’t a lower rating . Cheap tack fabric like my nans curtains , dreadful workmanship . Not a London based company as insinuated - a complete scam site . Keep offering ridiculous discounts - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Think very very carefully before ordering from this company. Firstly the name is misleading - it is not a London company but is based in the Far East. The dress I ordered was far too big, extremely poor quality and nothing like the picture on the website. The returns process was a nightmare - apparently they do not refund an item which has a final price but offer a paltry amount as compensation. If an item is returned the customer has to pay the postage back to the Far East. I eventually got a 30% refund. I am embarrassed to take the dress to there charity shop!

The lowest rating on here is unfortunately one star but this company deserve no stars. Firstly they are not a London based company and adopt the same questionable tactics that Chinese sites do which is why I dont use overseas companies. The marketing video showed a 2 piece trouser suit which looked good quality and so I ordered it. What arrived was a very cheap looking outfit which no way looked liked the marketing video. The main problem was it was at least 3 sizes too small. Then came the unethical business tactics when I asked to return it for a refund of £35.95p. All I received was keep the item and they would give me 15% refund. I challenged back as I couldn't fit in the outfit so why would I accept that, so the refund rose to 25%. After 10 emails and threats to expose their tactics I got a £30 refund but no customer should have to go through the hurdles I did. Their website offers a returns policy but dont be fooled. So the outfit is now in the bin and I am £5.95 out of pocket for my troubles. There should be some protection for consumers from these rogue companies

This is an update after my last review about Paterson London. After goodness knows how many emails and offering me 15%,25%,30%50% and now60% off of a dress that is absolute cheap trash.Poor quality material , appalling stitching not fit for purpose! They think they are doing me a favour in giving me a percentage off of something that should never have been sold in the first place! To say I’m annoyed is an understatement. I do not on any circumstances recommend this company!

If I could give his company no stars I would. Shapeless baggy dressing cheap material too large. I asked how to return. First they offered me 10% to keep the dress then 25 and 35% admitting finally that the clothes come from Asia. They are not the London firm they make out to be but a con even worse than Temu and Shien because at least those companies sell cheap clothes, whichPaterson does not, Paterson pretends to be a British company and whereas T and S have a returns system . it would cost more to return to Paterson than the clothes are worth. An illegal rip- off.

How l wish there was a no star option, l thought l was buying from a LONDON UK company, l had checked the website out first, the two dresses l ordered were 'originally' £65 each but there was a sale on so l ordered two for £57.51, it was a while before l realised the company isn't in London but somewhere overseas, even tracking is difficult to follow, my dresses eventually arrived and l was thoroughly disappointed, l could have bought them on Temu for around £7.00 each, there's no paperwork included in the parcel regarding a return and reading the reviews (too late) on here about how difficult they are being if you do try to get money back l just won't bother, in future l will just stick to Temu, l know if l have a problem there they are at .east fair and offer refunds and returns.

I regret not checking out this website sooner. I ordered two items. I waited a very long time for delivery, and when it arrived, I couldn't believe my eyes!

The photos on their website are the opposite of what I got.
Dirty! Smelly! No tags! And the quality? My floor mop is better quality!
I'm currently fighting for a refund! Ridiculous questions and delays on their part!

I so wish I'd read the reviews before ordering a dress from this company. It obviously comes from China and the one I received is NOTHING like the photo.
What a total rip off, it's basically Temu tatt.
I will try for a refund but I won't hold my breath.

Disgusting shapeless dress in shoddy nylon fabric. Wouldn't even use it as a duster. A complete RIP OFF!!

This company is selling on behalf of companies in Asia so you have to wait weeks to receive delivery. I can’t comment on the quality of the dress I ordered as after 3 weeks I still don’t have it despite contacting them by email a number of times. I will not use this outfit in the future, they are not what they seem.

Just Recieved the Colleen 2 piece set - never seen such a cheap material, certainly don’t look like the advert !! Not worth the money- absolutely tacky and cheap with no care stitching- will not be ordering from this company again!!!!!!!
