La Pasticceria Frisenda 

I have ordered Pignolata Messinese and Panettone.
When I came home with the parcel 🎁, I couldn't be quick enough to take a photo of everything untouched, as my wife could not wait long enough. 🔪
She said, it smelled so good, she could not resist. 🤷‍♀️

This way, at least you can see not only the icing of the pignolata, but also the inside. 🤭😀🫣

We have repeatedly bought Panettone and Pignolata Messinese from Pasticceria Frisenda and are more than happy with their high quality standards and are always very happy, when a parcel arrives from Sicily. 🇮🇹 It is always like a short holiday, when we receive our order.
We live in Salzburg, Austria 🇦🇹 and love not only pignolata, but also paste di mandorla, panettone classico and panettone al pistacchio.
We highly recommend Pasticceria Frisenda for their great dolce, their high quality standards and continuous friendly support.
Unfortunately it is not possible to give more than five stars.

We bought 12 panettone for our wedding (we didn’t want wedding cake) and it was the best decision we’ve ever taken. All our guests were surprised for the moment when we bought the panettone during the party as part of the show, and it was unforgettable. Everyone loved the panettone!!! And I hope many of them will order in the future. Thanks a lot to La Pasticceria Frisenda for helping us to make our wedding unique and delivering all panettone just in time.

In February, we visited this pastry shop and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When my friend’s wife politely asked if a table could be cleaned, the owner responded with an unprovoked outburst, shouting at her in a completely inappropriate and disrespectful manner. While we could have overlooked poor service toward us, the way he treated a woman was absolutely unacceptable and showed a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism.

Beyond the appalling behavior, the overall service left much to be desired, and the pastries themselves were mediocre at best. I’m sharing this review to inform others of the kind of treatment they may encounter at this establishment.

Rude and ill-mannered staff, and the pastries are certainly not of high quality. Given how customers are treated, it would be better if the staff underwent training or at least an empathy test before dealing with service. Respect is one of the key aspects of customer relations, but this company shows serious shortcomings and has a lot to learn. I was there a few days ago, and the experience was terrible: they treated me horribly, and even my wife and friends were insulted. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from here.
