Jake took me on after I had been let down time and again by poor driving instructors who value their pockets over their students. I can assure you that if you choose the PassWith Driving school, not only will you be given a warm hearted and genuine driving instructor, you will pass having built the confidence with that instructor brick by brick. Jake is compassionate, patient and never once made me feel stupid for making mistakes. His continued support and the total drive app makes learning and keeping on top of lessons easy. You won’t be disappointed, I certainly wasn’t!
If you’re having second thoughts, you’re anxious, have ADHD or autism or extra needs, not overthink it, this is hands down the best instructor in Leeds for exactly that! I passed today with in spite of my anxiety, ADHD, autism and busy mum schedule. I am forever grateful.

HIGH RECOMMEND ! As some one with anxiety, driving was one thing I didn’t think I was capable of achieving, but since doing driving lessons with Jake, he’s allowed me to express my thoughts and put lessons plans in place to allow me to over come these worries. Since this, I’ve built so much confidence to be able to make progress with my driving and Jake has put me at ease with every step I’ve taken with driving to point now I fully believe I can do this, Jake is very comforting when making mistakes and encourages to keep having a positive mindset. I believe Jake is an amazing driving instructor, he takes on board any feedback from his students and puts it into action as well as being such an encouraging, supportive and friendly person. Furthermore, Jake is amazing at allowing you to ask as many question as you need to feel safe on the road, he responds in a professional manner but ensure you understand what he has said. Driving is scary but Jake’s personality, teaching and communication makes it something you want to thrive at due to him believing in you.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Jake enough! I feel so much more comfortable and confident with driving, and every lesson I feel like I’m progressing and learning something new. Jake is very, very professional but also super, super friendly and easy to get along with. He’s incredibly patient with me and always knows how to calm me down when I get nervous or scared in certain situations. He always makes sure we focus on the areas I need to improve while still helping me build on everything I’m already doing well with. I’ve noticed such a massive difference in my driving since starting lessons with him, and I genuinely look forward to every lesson. Couldn’t ask for a better instructor! 1000/10 🤍

Jake is my instructor and he's amazing!! I was a very very anxious beginner but Jake is always there to reassure you and quick to help an hand when your get stuck. He's also just amazing in general really lovely personality and doesn't make you feel intimidated like I've experienced with some other driving instructors.

I came with Jake after feeling disappointed with my old instructor, the few lesson I have had I’ve left with more understanding, he’s patient and up for a good laugh would 100% recommend Jake

Farnaz was an incredibly helpful driving instructor and helped me pass my test first time!

Farnaz has been my instructor since march and with her guidance I was able to pass my test in august. She was communicative and always ready to help and support me with my driving. I would definitely recommend Farnaz as an instructor. She taught me all the skills I needed to become a safe and able driver, while also boosting my confidence and helping me learn from my mistakes.

Amazing driving instructor, Saved me when my last instructor let me down just a week and half before my test with only doing a few hours , I cannot recommend Jake enough for what he has taught me in such a short time learning with him, really understanding and breaks things down so it’s easier to understand. thanks to Jake I managed to pass me test, highly recommend

Jake is beyond patient, understanding and compassionate. My daughter passed first time with Jake, she struggled with learning to drive and he was so gentle with her and helped her to pass 1st time after 6 months of lessons.

Jake really helped me gain confidence with my driving, making the process feel less stressful and reassuring after any mistakes, helping me pick up the skills quicker. This allowed me to learn quickly and pass my test first try! He is a super supportive instructor and I would recommend him always :)

Today I have passed my Driving test from the first time. I want to say Big thank you to Jake! He is an amazing teacher. If you want to feel comfortable and relaxed during your driving sessions, I strongly recommend you to have lessons with Jake.

kept cancelling my lessons or been late and would not always contact me to let me know if this was been cancelled. after going without a driving lesson for weeks and been cancelled on again last minute i said i didnt want to carry on with the lessons anymore and asked what for the company information to raise my concerns- he said he didnt work for a company but after explaining to him i knew he did he then gave me details of the company he no longer works for and when asking for the 3rd time if he works for MJ he said "not anymore" when he has just started with them , this was not the only lie/ i asked him why he had blocked me on facebook which he said he hasnt which he has blocked myself and my sister in hopes we would not be able to leave a honest review. He then rang the company he works for to get his account in first and text me saying he has made them aware . when i spoke to the manager at MJ she lied and said she had not spoken to Jake today when infact she had as he told me - please note when calling her back and alerting her of this she did apologise. Jake would often get his partner to message me or tell me his partner is going to sort things out when my lessons where only with him , lessons where added on without me been consulted first. Almost every lesson i had with Jake he cancelled it last minute or was late or did not do the full lesson, to the point i was credited 30 mins free the a further 30 the another 30 because of all the mess about . which was cancelled again and i was not refunded for this as him and the manager said this was "given out of good will" . when i expressed my upset i did not get an apology once or any form of professionalism , i got lies and disrespect.
