Clear and helpful instructions and communication
We had a wonderful stay in Lincoln. We were sent really clear instructions on how to find the property and how to access it on arrival. The property itself was exactly as described and beautifully clean and tidy. Thank you for all the communication which made things really easy.

Lovely experience
Lovely, quiet, clean, well-kept one bedroom apartment with lots of light, overlooking a park and with a view of the Shard. Hosts were very attentive, communicative and helpful.

S eamless, Professional Stay — Would Absolutely Book Again
I had a brilliant experience staying in a property managed by Pass the Keys. From the moment I booked, everything was smooth, well-organised, and really easy.
The communication was excellent, clear check-in instructions, quick responses to any questions, and everything exactly as described. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the little touches that make a stay feel comfortable and thought-through.
It honestly felt much more seamless than many other short stays I’ve had. You can tell there’s a strong level of professionalism behind the scenes.
Would absolutely stay in another Pass the Keys property again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We rented a property that we love
We rented a property that we love, although these guys are new owners.
Very good, welcoming communication. Arrival instructions were clear and check-in easy.
We had an issue with a heating failure, but James soon had an engineer out the next morning , and was very fair in recognising the disturbance it caused to our trip.
Will be using them again for sure.

Shocking accommodation via booking.com. Full of liars and their flats are a complete mess with no heating and their managers keep lying about sorting out the issues.
Beware of the Hither Green flat, it's dirty and unsatisfactory, no heating and the managers will lie to you they will fix the issue. Beware of the fake reviews on booking.com about this flat but also the fact that they will block you to post any reviews if you are not happy.
