Can’t recommend them enough
We stayed in Oxfordshire recently and were managed by the Pass the Keys team and honestly they were the nicest team to deal with. They replied to our concerns in minutes and kept us well informed re the property we are staying at. One of the nights was extremely windy and some damage happened in the garden as a result, they sent the lovely Lisa to come on Easter Sunday to ensure no one harms themselves from the damage which was also very considerate. They’re a wonderful team. Thank you for our stay.

We stayed again at Caroline’s apartment in Bath. It is exactly as described with the added bonus of car parking. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Communication was excellent and always on time.

Stay in Berkhamstead
We used Pass the Key to book an Airbnb in Berkhamstead. Our local host Kate was amazing. We made a very last-minute booking late at night and Kate responded immediately. As soon as the booking was confirmed, Kate kept in touch throughout our stay, updated us with any details we needed, and made it a very easy experience. 100% happy and would recommend.

Great Stay in Windsor
The house worked great for our group of 9 people. Location was great for seeing Windsor and day trips to London. Pass the Keys was great to work with and was very responsive.
