Very helpful with the tricky procedures of obtaining a Chinese visa.

It was not difficult except I do not know how to upload pictures and the first picture was unacceptable even though it meant the standard for passport pictures.

The website which was supposed to keep me updated on the status of the visa was not updated. My application needed a revised document that was never communicated so the process stalled a few days until I called and discovered the problem.
