Overall the team was very helpful and supportive.
The only reason I didn’t give a five star was because the return envelope was delayed at FedX because they didn’t correctly put my address. Instead they had my name and email address.

When there was a breakdown in communication between the embassy and Passport Visas Express, the representatives at Passport Visas Express resolved the issue. I received my Visa in plenty of time to make my trip.

When I had questions, their answering emails were very quick and the underlying issues were fixed. Thank you!

My experience was amazing. Before I purchased my visa the online chat support answered all my questions. During the process I was kept up to date and even contacted directly when I had not included a document correctly. Recommended and also deferred a coworker to use the service as well.

Extra information would make the experience more reassuring. But it was friendly, competent and convenient.

There was an issue getting a visa from Tanzania. I tried getting help and they were very hard to get help from. They ignored my emails and didn’t call when they said they would. I eventually got someone who cared by calling the main phone number and she resolved it. It was very frustrating

Visa processing was inadequate

I got my visa super fast! They also replied quickly to all of my questions in the chat on their website. Excellent customer service. I got the 90 day Chinese tourist visa!
