Our pass photo was rejected by the Dutch government for an official document. They guarantee a 200% payback when the photo is rejected. When I requested the pay back they only want to pay me back if I provide them a PayPal account or a Polish bank account which I both do not have. I placed my order with a normal Dutch bank account but they refuse to pay me back on my bank account

Absolutely fantastic service

Please be advised that you ordered a photo for a UK passport on our website, not a Malaysian passport, and therefore the photo was not suitable. These two documents have completely different requirements. We will contact you by email and provide you with the appropriate photo.

Awesome service
What a fantastic service. I received notification from the Passport Office saying my image was not acceptable......Damn and blast!!!! I get my hair cut and shave ready for a forgettable experience at the photo booth and then I thought not there and I look for photographer near me and see Passport Photo on line.
I sent them the exact image I sent to the Passport Office ,they did their stuff, and 15 minutes later after re-sending the new image I have notification from the Passport Office to say it's accepted and my passport is being printed! That's 15 minutes after sending my old image to PPO!!! Awesome service! if there were 10 stars they'd get them!!!
