I couldn't be more impressed with…

I couldn't be more impressed with Passio Interiors!

Mate had everything i could ask for from solid brass cabinet handles to the custom signage.
The craftsmanship was top-notch, and every nitpicking i had was carefully handled with a level of professionalize that feels like it was designed.
Plus, their customer service is outstanding—quick to assist and very friendly.
The products have truly elevated the aesthetic of my home. If you're looking for high-quality hardware with a modern, elegant touch

Great Support Team

I bought some Door handles for my master bedroom, they arrived quickly and looked exactly like their pictures. When installing them I misread the instructions and they didn't work properly, but when I contacted the support team they got back to me so fast and helped me figure out where I went wrong and what to do to fix them. Now the door handles work perfectly and look great.

Internal door handles - locking you inside!

We purchased internal door handles at an expensive price. The handles over time seem to come loose and children/adults have been locked in rooms and we have been locked out of rooms. One side of the handle works abd the other doesn't. This happens over time to different handles. Tighten them up again and ok for a month or two. It is very difficult to contact passio and I have had no follow up to my concerns. Not worth the money! Terrible after service and no phone numbers. I will now consider making a report about the safety of these handles.

Beware of the return policy

Beautiful products but beware of the returns policy. We needed to upgrade some doorstops to magnetic catches in some rooms due to drafts, and we wanted to buy other additional items. We were not asking for any refunds and the net result would have been a happy customer and more sales for Passio.
Our builder first asked for the return on 25 Jan, 3 months after purchase (25 Oct). Passio refused to exchange them because they have a strict no returns policy for doorstops. I contacted Passio myself on 27 Feb and my request was also declined, citing their no-return policy and also because it had been more than 3 months. Passio did offer a discount to buy more doorstops, but this still leaves us with many expensive, unopened items we can’t use. Compared to the helpful and reasonable experience we had with other brands when changes were needed, their approach seemed out of touch with the customer experience during building projects.
During this process, I felt that the customer service rep came across as patronising and uncompromising. I have left reviews on the 3 sites (including this one) that I have used myself to decide which products to use. I acknowledge that Passio has implemented its advertised return policy as is their right to do so. My review is provided to bring attention to the return policy, share my customer experience and how this compares to competitors. Passio’s reply to my reviews has been to object and accuse me of being disingenuous.
Overall, I’d recommend you buy the Passio products only if you are certain they will be suitable. We’re happy with the quality of the items, but regret buying so many items in advance because of the strict no-return policy. There are other brands of similar quality with more reasonable return policies.

Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate your request to return the products, as they are non-returnable according to our policy, and the return request was made more than 3 months after the order was received.

To assist with your circumstances, we have been very supportive of your changes by offering you discounts on the newly required items. We regret that our ultimate solution of discounts on alternative products still did not satisfy you.

We are disheartened by the attempts to discredit our business across various platforms simply because we were unable to fulfill a return request, as the return period has expired and the products are non-returnable.

We think it is disingenuous to negatively review our business based on our policies that were agreed to by both parties at the time your order was placed. These policies are in place so both parties have a clear guideline to follow.

Once again, thank you for shopping with us. We value all feedback and strive to provide the best service possible to our customers.

Beautiful product and excellent customer service!

Beautiful product, absolutely love the Kia handles I ordered. They look so wonderful in my new kitchen.
Passio’s customer service is also exceptional, so easy to work with and fantastic communication.
Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent customer service and a superb product. The team were very responsive and flexible with my needs as a design professional. The quality of their handles is second to none and I will certainly be using them for future projects.

Contact needed by phone

Once I was able to talk to someone in person, I was pleased with the service. It was extremely frustrating only being able to deal with the company through email. Sometimes it is very helpful if one can have personal contact through a phone conversation.
Once the order was finalised, the cupboard door handles arrived quite quickly. I am very pleased with the handles. Thank you.

The quality of service is just amazing

The quality of service is just amazing! Deliveries are always fast, the staff are great when questions need to be answered and always reply to emails, and the product is always beautiful and of great quality.
