Purchased this software in 2022, it was helpful to find and clear duplicated files, particularly photos.
It should be noted that the registration is for one PC only. Computer change or re-installation may cause registration failed. Seek help from PassFab may be necessary if you experiece such situation.

I got PassFab Duplicate File Deleter and it works perfectly. Finds the duplicate files and helps me keep my computer tidy.

I purchased a different PC without realizing the User Agreement says that purchase can only register one PC. I was concerned about it since i had already Format my old PC and had lost my registration key. I reached out to customer service and they within 24 hours I got an answer that they would help with with a new registration code.

This software has proven to be a scam. The so-called 30-day refund policy is misleading and ineffective, leaving users frustrated. Save your money don't do any business with this company it is a scam and fraud.

After I gave Passfab a negative review, they sent me this email:
"Thank you for your review, all feedback is important to us and we’re sorry to hear you’ve had such a frustrating experience.
Discussed your case with our manager , she agreed that we can make an exception to apply a full refund for you if you can cancel the review.

If this is agreeable, we can proceed immediately."

So to anyone reading this, judge for yourself,.......

They are scammers. I bought PassFab iPhone Backup Unlock and they slipped me an unrequested subscription for useless software PDNOB pdf editor for 15 euros.
There's no way to cancel the subscription automatically but only by contacting them with a form on their website.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES YOU DIDN'T REQUEST"
