I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I have a responsibility to warn others about my experience with Pass Expert and its owner, Abid.

After taking my payment, communication became increasingly unreliable. Abid repeatedly disappeared without any explanation.

On one occasion, he was completely unreachable for almost a month. When he finally got back to me, he apologised and said he was dealing with personal issues. He also explained that he does not work on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays because he has young children.

I chose to be understanding. Life happens, and I genuinely tried to give him every opportunity to put things right.

He promised that if he could not provide a driving instructor or arrange a replacement, he would refund my money in full. I accepted that promise in good faith.

Unfortunately, that promise meant nothing.
He disappeared since January2026 until NOW (Half Year!!! ). My WhatsApp messages were ignored. My phone calls went unanswered. There was no update, no apology, no instructor, and no refund. It reached the point where he completely stopped communicating.

A responsible business owner does not disappear for months, ignore paying customers, and fail to honour refund promises. If your circumstances prevent you from running your business, the least you can do is communicate honestly and return your customers' money.

Instead, I have been left out of pocket with no service, no refund, and no way to resolve the situation.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pass Expert to anyone. If you are thinking about booking lessons with this business, I strongly suggest you consider the risk carefully.
If anyone else has experienced the same pattern—long periods of no contact, ignored messages, broken promises, or outstanding refunds—please share your experience. If you have been affected in the same way, please consider reporting the matter to the police and the relevant consumer protection authorities.
This review is based entirely on my personal experience.

Passed first try, Abid got me in touch with a very helpful tutor and booked in my test so everything was sorted and I could focus on learning.

Everything was nice and smooth. Highly recommend

Paid for 45hrs, did semi-intensive automatic course for 3 months. Passed first time with one minor!!! Real great experience had the best instructor Ozzie, couldn’t have done it without him.

I was looking online for different courses for my driving and came across pass expert in January the owner adin contacted me within the same day of me emailing and couldn’t have been more of a help talked me through every step and was extremely reassuring he referred me to a driving instructor ally in Northallerton who was the most likeable person I’ve ever met she gave me everything I need for a pass i couldn’t thank ally and adin any more ,they have both worked so hard to get me the results i so desperately needed and in quick time too i started on the 7 on January and i passed on the 11th of February, THANK YOU

The service was fantastic, offering incredible support and truly prioritizing the needs of their customers.

We found Passexpert on a search engine and have been really pleased to have chosen Abid!
Lots of communication from start to finish and great date for the test. I think you have to be a bit flexible as its not a given that there will be cancellations in your choice of test area exactly when you need it - we were really fortunate and Abid was really very good at keeping us up to date!

Finding a test was made easy, and they arranged for a skilled instructor who helped our son achieve a solid pass. They invested effort in understanding our requirements and helped us select the best package. We received regular updates, keeping us well-informed throughout the process.

Pass expert are a team of highly trained and experienced driving professionals, they are sociable, knowledgeable with excellent feedback and guide you all the way to finding the right lessons that will suit your learning needs. Essentially pass expert gets you the best driving instructors with tailored practice lessons. The aim is to train you to a point where you are not making any serious mistakes for you and be ready to do the mock tests, to make sure you are finally ready in order to pass the actual drive test
Their goal is to try to get you to test standard as quick as possible and help you to be safe on the roads
