This is just an absolute scam! Tried to steal my personal info! Absolutely shouldn’t have used this. I was in need of an urgent renewal and they popped up on google when I searched, thinking they could get the renewal sent within 48 hrs after I applied. I paid but at the end of the day they only stole my money and left me with nothing. I got to know a telegram seller that assisted and facilitated my renewal. They had it to me in less time. I have to thank holoprofiles for a swift renewal! They were very fast in responding to DMs as well.

Scam, charged 60 then 90 for nothing

Total Scam. I am so worried they are going steal my identity or sell my information to someone who will.

Scam. You would be lucky if they dont steal your privat info.

P.S. All reviews are 1 star and doesn't make sense how trustpilot rating of this scammer would be 2.1 star.

Looks like a government website, even comes up first on Google search but is in fact a scam that asks all the questions one would need to steal an identity.

SCAM!!! They are now charging $90 to fill out a form that is FREE. And you still have to mail it in, pay the renewal fee and get new photos. They do NOTHING except get you to pay for them to steal your information.

There's a tiny disclaimer at the top of the site meant to indemnify them, but you do not have to accept it to continue using the site, which feels really crooked.

THIS IS A SCAM! YOU CANNOT PAY FOR A NEW PASSPORT ONLINE. YOU CAN ONLY USE A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. AND THE APPLICATION IS FREE YOU CAN FILL IT OUT IN ANY PASSPORT ACCEPTANCE AGENCY OFFICE.

This company pretends to be the State Department passport renewal site. They steal a whole bunch of personal information, then try to charge you for some service that is free on the US government site.

SCAM ALERT!! They fool you into thinking you're completing a passport renewal or new passport form. They charge you $130 which coincidentally is the same price as a renewal. Once process is complete, they email you and you discover that they charged you not for the renewal but to allow you to complete a form that is free via the US Govt. Complete SCAM! They also now have vital info like SS#, etc. Who knows where that's going?! I would also add, there are hundreds of reviews like this, I just wish I saw them first. AVOID THIS SITE AND SERVICE!!!
