Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Worst customer service. Took ages to get back to me on my order that was firstly stated as delivered but I did not receive any item. Then they took forever to resend my order. The size on their website is not accurate at all. My daughter was only 18 months when I ordered the outfit for her at size 1-2years old. She could not fit into it at all! Customer service never got back. Until I chase for an update, the owner replied apologizing. She gave a voucher for me to re order for my daughter. Mentioned that I should order a size bigger and state my daughter’s measurements. Only to get an oversized outfit that she still can’t wear! The owner ignored my message there after.
My outfit was also too big. She mentioned that I can go to her sister’s place to do an exchange. My bad that my family reacted very slow due to wedding and Diwali. She said she can’t change anymore after 3 weeks. Worst place to shop.
