They were very professional and kept me updated, when it was delivered the delivery men were very good and efficient, they were very good and carefully not to bang the walls, they cleaned all the plastic before bringing it upstairs, I was very surprised how quick they were.

The bed frame is gorgeous and although on delivery there was a small problem the customer service Sarah sorted it quickly and a replacement was dispatched. Despite asking it for it in one piece it again came in two pieces being a larger headboard but engineer Muhib arranged for it to be corrected the same day and returned late at night to erect the bed for us. We were very impressed with how he dealt with the issues and how the company sorted things for us. Now complete the bed looks very striking and we are happy with our purchase. I would use PCSL beds again.

Made to measure order and finishing look is exactly what we wanted! Had a slight issue on the side panel so I raised a concern with the team and within minutes they got back to me and dealt with it, I received a replacement part within days. Overall extremely happy with the whole experience

Right from the contact from Sarah about our order and fantastic updates about delivery I cannot express enough how efficient they have been. The bed itself is of great quality.
Then Adam & Bob arrived yo install the bed and revised headboard. They mentioned it would all take 15 minutes!!! I thought initially oh dear that doesn't sound good. How can it be done properly that quickly?? Well they told me to time them and indeed it was all done in the time-FANTASTIC job. All the packaging was put into one bag and brought downstairs for me. FABULOUS service - hats off to you guys👏👏

Eve thought delivery came later in the evening I was very please with service as they called me early enough to let me know that they are running late due to traffic, really appreciate that.

I cannot recommend this company highly…
I cannot recommend this company highly enough! From start to finish they were brilliant. Super efficient turn around to make, quick and convenient delivery options and great communication. We also had a major problem on the day of delivery in that my measurements were wrong and the oversized headboard would not fit up my stairs. Disaster! I was distraught and thought I’d be stuck with a bed I couldn’t use. Contacted them and they immediately gave me a simple, quick solution that didn’t cost me the earth to fix and I still got the bed I wanted and it looks amazing. Couldn’t be happier, thank you!!

Received my new bed Thursday, a week after ordering, and it was a double bank holiday too, excellent service.
It’s an absolutely beautiful bed, the Brooklyn and increased the headboard to 160cm, made the bed stand out, it’s stunning, so glad I did!
