Overall experience is a straight one star (and 0 stars if it was possible) after shady things like a non-existing phone number in the owner's e-mail and being lied to after they made a mistake that could have been resolved easily by a quick call or a sincere message. Never again!

Here's what happened:
Yesterday I ordered a pack of Gaffer Tape for the price of 2,50 € after looking at the offer for the last two weeks - cheap, but I found other prices online, that are similar. I selected Paypal as payment method and was waiting for the goods to be shipped.

Today I got an email from Joachim Enggaard - the owner of the company - cancelling my order stating (typos as in the email) that "I just had an intern to change some stuff and something got within short time window where you bot she typed wrong for the price" [explanation: he blames a intern for having inserted the wrong price and it was only for a short period of time that I happened to order in]. He also states, that he has "cancelled [my] order int terms of our conditions that we can call back type mistakes".

The thing is: It was not a short time window as I had the link to the product page saved for more than two weeks before I even ordered (lie #1) - for the same price. The AGB (german terms of conditions) they sent me with the order confirmation does NOT mention anything about typo mistakes as he stated in his email which then might have given him the right to cancel the order (lie #2).

In order to clear out the issues and get what I ordered, I tried calling him through the number that was shown in his e-mail signature - the number doesn't even exist. How shady can one guy's email of a shop that is supposed to have a good trustpilot rating be?
So next I tried calling the number given on their website. Three times over the time span of two hours. None answered the phone.

If this is, how Bierbong.de want to do business go ahead, but being professional is the opposite.

I am fine with typos happening, and I am not one that would hold them accountable - but being lied to and just deciding they would cancel on the back of terms of conditions, that don't even exist... That's what got me mad. In the end they got what they wanted - because after finsihing this review I am not willing to waste any more time and/or effort for people like this.

Customer service impossible to contact.
Ordered a beer pong table on Tuesday and paid over £40 for 24 hour delivery. The table still hadnt arrived by Friday and I had to leave without it.
Tried to call 3 times- voicemail everytime.
Messaged on Facebook still no response 5 days later.
Tried to email - "undeliverable error message".

This website is trading from a .co.uk domain name which would indicate they are from the uk, they also have a UK support number, however when you phone it you are redirected to Denmark. Even on the UK domain name they advertise Free delivery, but when you go to order they add on a delivery charge, this is due to the UK leaving the European Union, which was 18 months ago and still being advertised as free delivery on their website. I have cancelled my order of £140 because they are misleading customers

No complains. Delivery in time and the customer Service is excellent.

The customer service was excellent from start to finish really helpful.. and the shipping was super fast really pleased with the products.. Will definitely be using this company again

Considering the current world pandemic The Beer Bong company still delivered on time. Albeit there was mix up with my order they were super quick to rectify the problem and I was compensated sufficiently.Great Product. Good at responding over email. Would definitely order again in the future: you can’t ask for more than that. Thanks
