I cannot compliment PartyToYou enough! I placed an order which unfortunately didn’t arrive. I contacted them and explained the order was for stocking fillers for my twins and they gave me a full refund and sent it again, first class recorded, and all free of charge. This still didn’t arrive, which they noticed themselves, I didn’t need to contact them, and they sent me a voucher to apologise again. The issue was completely out of their hands, it was all down to Royal Mail. It actually finally arrived yesterday, just over 3 weeks late. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever come across. I would highly recommend using this company and will definitely use them again. Great value, products and customer service.
