All I can say is DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
£35 for a balloon that deflated in one day. Not worth spending your money on a balloon from here.
Go somewhere where the quality is worth it and is worth your money. !!

Dreadful. Paid for balloons to be delivered on Sunday, they arrived on Saturday. Paid for 3 helium balloons only received 2. Contacted by email as the phone number disconnects as soon as you select any one of the options. I did get a reply offering a refund however now have heard nothing- nobody responds to messages and no sign of a refund.
Avoid this company!

Payed for nominated delivery that I did not receive. When I reached out to say I had no received my order they weren’t helpful and told me they will contact me in the morning. No one did I had to email again. I tried the number provided and kept getting cut off! I Had to go and buy more balloons from else where because of this as I was hopeful they would come the next day, they did not! They offered me a refund but sent no confirmation to confirm. So I had to email to ask for this. I wouldn’t buy from here again. Very inconvenient and disappointing.

I was initially extremely disappointed that when the balloons arrived they were deflated. However I understand that these things can happen and I’m delighted to say that the company also understood my upset and have fully refunded me. Excellent customer service and care and my faith is completely restored in them.

Received great service - original item I ordered not in stock but contacted by customer services and replacement arranged. Unfortunately didn’t arrive with rest of order so emailed customer services and missing item immediately sent out by next day delivery. Will definitely use again. Many thanks!

The first time I’ve ordered from this company, and will definitely be ordering from them again. Within an hour of placing the order I received a phone call to say they were getting my order ready but unfortunately one of the items I ordered was out of stock and that they would replace it with any other colour/style balloon of my choice for no extra charge. I received the items a couple of days later. Fab customer service and quick delivery would highly recommend!

Ordered balloons and a cake topper for my son's first birthday. The whole order arrived a week earlier than the chosen delivery day, and the helium balloon did not rise up, rather floated, aimlessly at about 1-3ft off the ground.
Additionally the cake topper was thrown in the huge balloon box with no protective wrapping, so unsurprisingly, given it was thin wood, snapped in multiple places.

On writing an email to complain and request a refund, i was then given a long story about how DPD sent it early incorrectly (despite the fact it was dispatched a week early allowing the helium to dissipate before my actual event).
Further rather than expeditiously resolving the issue and issuing a refund of lets face it, £10-15 for the problematic goods, i was challenged to present evidence of the balloon (i mean if it was a false claim, i could have just popped the balloon? what would a picture really show?). 4 months later, no follow up, no resolution, hence my 1 star review.

Left feeling angry and resentful to a company that was supposed to help us celebrate a momentous 1yr olds birthday.

My advice would be to anyone using Party Stock is that its not customer focused, not massively different pricing, and the big benefit (online ordering and delivery) was poorly executed. I would encourage you to seek alternative providers for your celebration needs!

I ordered some balloons and a tank of helium for a surprise party after my mum was given the all clear from cancer. I left it until the day of the party to inflate them so that they would last longer - they did not float. I don't know whether I was given a tank of air rather than helium or balloons that are not compatible for use with helium but I now have a pile of balloons sat on the floor as I don't have the time or money (having spent £45 on these) to go and get some that actually float. I am SO angry and upset. I will never order from these people again.

I ordered a helium balloon which was delivered on time, however it had a huge hole where half the seam of the balloon had come apart and the balloon itself was quite flimsy the quality was not good. Even if it hadn't had the huge hole in it then I still don't think it would have been worth the price.

To their credit they answered the customer helpline straight away and refunded my immediately, they also offered to resend the balloon next day for no cost with extra balloons in but I decided to go with another company in the end.

Item never arrived. Party Stock made no attempt to contact me to resolve the issue. When I contacted them about a refund for the item (which was never delivered), they denied a refund. Terrible customer service on top of it all. Do not purchase from here.

Called up to place a order spoken to a lovely lady who was extremely helpful. Order in thr morning and arrived next next day. Absolutely perfect. Thank you so much

Ordered 2 of the Dinosaur Cool Dude Party Packs for my son's 1st Birthday Party
Parcel arrived on first day of delivery window, perfect condition and exactly as described/ shown. Very happy mama!

I ordered a party pack on Monday, I messaged Wednesday morning (today) just to check on despatch times. They confirmed within a few hours that it had been posted the Tuesday. Just got home from work and it’s here waiting for me!! Brill customer service and super fast delivery. (I only paid for the cheapest delivery)

Ordered many 4D balloons for my sisters birthday! They came quick and as expected. Will be ordering again for sure

So happy with my balloons!! All arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and they lasted for ages!!

Have placed the order and paid extra for the delivery for the morning of my birthday. Got notification that it will arrive after 5pm. Had to rearrange for it to be delivered to the local shop. Was forced to change all of my plans and almost missed my party. I ordered “23” balloons, “2” had a hole in it and deflated 30 minutes after the filling. I also ordered the canister for 50 balloons but the noozle was faulty. Had to be creative and use random items to fill the balloons. In the end it turned out to be 10 filled balloons instead of 50. They refused the refund request as “they do not refund helium canisters”. Spent so much money and effort on few dying balloons. Spoiled the whole party and my birthday.

We wish we had read one of the recent reviews for this company as we have now experienced the same disappointment over delivery. It was important to us for delivery to be on a specific date, so we were delighted that by paying extra this was an option. Unfortunately the delivery was two days early and ruined the surprise. Party Stock have said sorry, but will not even refund the extra postage costs despite their failings. If delivery on a specific date is important to you be cautious as this company may let you down.

I ordered a balloon package for my dad’s 60th birthday and paid extra for it to arrive on exactly the day of his birthday. It arrived two days early, which spoilt the surprise but the worst thing is that the balloons were deflated! The number 6 was so deflated it was on the floor and the others were already looking like he’d had them for over a week. So disappointed. Thought it would be a nice surprise but it went down like a lead balloon!

DO NOT USE - AWFUL PRODUCT QUALITY

I ordered helium “30” balloons and some silver stars. The “3” balloon was deflated so I called them and they sent a new one.

The new one was ALSO deflated so I called again and they sent a third “3” balloon, which arrived on the morning of the party causing me to have to rearrange plans.

The third “3” balloon did float but it was the wrong size so didn’t match the “0”

All in all a disaster and a waste of a lot of time.

I got a “18th Birthday Rose Gold 32 inch Balloons - Bundle“ for my girlfriend’s birthday, unfortunately the number “1” balloon did not float at all when we opened the parcel! According to the instructions we should add more air to it, and so we did, but obviously it wouldn’t help if it didn’t float at all at the beginning - there is literally not enough helium inside in the first place. Do not recommend.
