Have heard some horrible things being said about the company, but i can honestly say its a load of rubbish i placed my order and it arrived within a week.
So happy with the service the products the timing the whole thing is amazing will definitely be ordering again.

Edit...These have been re sent and have arrived, and had an apology from a lovely lady from the company. So will up my stars to 5. Supplier problem clearly not down to Partygenix.
If could give no stars I would of done. Never got my order. Got a refund from my rep but never heard anything from the company.
