I ordered a heating element for a washing machine and during tightening some part broke off. They replaced it at no cost, great service. Possibly the fact that I am a regular customer (and a happy one) helped.
I ordered silicone legs for my magnetron, which was already 20 days for delivery and was postponed again to 7 July. Was not the cheapest place, so I am very disappointed that I even paid delivery for something so simple (NOTE: pickup also cost "Delivery")
Order is cancelled because it is not available anymore, so guess it took 20 days to realize it is not available and then.

My Samsung turbo action vacuums tiny brush wheel broke. and either it was that I have to buy the whole head that is 100e or replace the black brush wheel that was only few euros. It worked and delivery was super fast and PartsNL was very clear and easy website to order from. Gave my vacuum a second chance
I did order a hair clipper guide comb on Sunday afternoon. Parcel arrived at my door the next day 10am. Comb seems genuine and fits perfectly.
Bought headlight from these guys they were responding promtly to every question and quickly told me what part I need. It arrived quickly and my lights are finally working!
So far the award of worst Customer service goes to the man who I regret to communicate whilst I was looking for a light. Upon POLITELY asking him to reduce the £30 delivery cost for the light which was to be delivered in london ( same city) , he told me to F OFF. It is absolutely terrible and beyond my understanding that how do such individuals are able to run a business. I would advice everybody to avoid buying from such cons and if you are unfortunate to find an issue with an item, you will also be told to F OFF. Absolutely disgusted by such an attitude. I have even got the screen shot of the conversation which will be forwarded to their head office.
I would highly recommend PartsNL. They were very helpful when I ordered the wrong part and the correct part was delivered to me within 12 hours.
