They’ll charge you and never ship your order

I ordered an item from this company on May 30, 2026 and requested my order be canceled on June 1st since it was no longer needed. After multiple days of follow up, I finally was able to get a confirmation that my order was canceled on June 4th. I was promised that my refund, over $240, would be returned by June 5. It is now over 10 days later and I still have not received my refund. I now need to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I never received the item I ordered. They are either grossly incompetent or engaging in fraud. Buyer beware, their prices are too good to be true.
