Hands off of this "company"
None of the 3 ordered parts ever arrived. But they kept my money. Send your money instead to me. I will share a beer with you at least.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This website is a scam. We ordered parts, and after more than a month of waiting, the delivery never arrived. Customer service is completely useless — the email replies seem to come from an AI or a chatbot, with no real human support. Avoid this site at all costs!
Its a scam. They steal your money and have no parts to send.
Nothing received after 2 months. Fraud website.
DO NOT buy here!
Excellent experience! Ordered a set of alloy wheels on February 8th. The delivery was fast, and the products was perfect.
partsender.com - Auto parts site that claims to still sell Mercedes parts that are known to be NLA. Direct email communications with their support indicates parts are available when searching their site, showing pricing and shipping charges. They will reply and respond to your inquires.
All of this is a scam front to get your $$.
They don't respond after you've paid and you do not get any confirmation of sale slip with 'paid for product' tracking information. As protection, you can get your $ back from your credit card company thru your refund process. The other clues is that the shipping charge they show on cart check-out is unusually low for 2025 rate standards. It may be the bait to lure unsuspecting buyers in. We've tried this on several orders placed and it's the same situation - they will answer an inquiry but they will not respond/reply to invoicing or shipment tracking requests.
I ordered a set of alloy wheels on February 1st and received them on February 8th. The delivery was decent, but not as fast as I had hoped. The product turned out to be perfect and well packaged. I wish they had more staff who could process calls faster.
It´s a scam. They don´t reply to telephone calls. There is no answer to e-mails. The money is charged from a dubious address in the UK. But, the ordered part was never received.
Terrible Experience – Avoid This Store!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with PartSender. On December 27, 2024, I placed an order (#198303979) for piston rings and paid €314.96 via Revolut bank card. Despite the payment going through successfully, I never received my order.
I repeatedly tried to contact the company through their feedback form and the Estonian phone number (+372 589 08444), but no one ever responded. The advertised delivery time of 7-21 days has long passed, forcing me to purchase the part elsewhere.
After further investigation, I discovered that PartSender has a confusing and suspicious company structure, with legal addresses in Ireland and Austria, and warehouses in multiple countries (Estonia, Hong Kong, Brazil, Mexico, Nigeria). This makes accountability nearly impossible and suggests a well-organized scam.
🚨 I strongly advise against using this company! Their lack of communication, failure to deliver goods, and unclear business structure indicate fraudulent behavior. Do not waste your money here!
