Ordered a illuminated VW badge 5 years ago and still havnt received my order

Yes, everybody who has said this is a fake company are absolutely correct. I too like may others purchased an item from their website but it never arrived so i looked into this further to find the many negative reviews left on trust pilot, which explained why my goods never arrived. i like many others fell victim to these scams. but I did manage to get my money back, it took two months but I raised it with the bank I used to fund my transaction, i had to complete a dispute resolution form, just contact your bank and explain what has happened, send them a link to these negative reviews so they can see for themselves. also you can raise the matter with Klarna Bank which is the Bank used by this fake/scamming company, email Klarna, google Klarna and you can contact the customer service dept, trust pilot did not allow me disclose the email address.
Klarna Bank is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Ordered a sign weeks ago. It hasn’t arrived and all emails are being ignored

Bought from this people a month ago. Nothing arrived yet. Tried to contact them and no reply. Do not buy from them is my advice.

shocking service !!! i bought my dad a sign for fathers day over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived, very disappointed as i emailed them 3 times and not even had an acknowledgement! will NEVER order from here EVER again

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are a fake company and are complete scammers! I purchased some car gadgets from this company on 28th May 2020 and I have still not received my items on 3rd July 2020. It seems as though hundreds of other people are in the same position as me. The company has been reported to BBC Watchdog, Trading Standards. Their fake Instagram account has also been reported to Instagram. Please save your money and keep reporting this fake company who take enjoyment from scamming people.

One month gone by no item received no replies to emails phone never answers. Like others on here have said no one gets the goods do not buy from them. Waiting for Klarna to sort out a refund. They are no longer trading on Ebay or Amazon wish I had checked here first.

Worldtuningfans.co.uk it says it based in Sheffield I’ve ordered illuminating door sill for 2 weeks now I think I’m being scam as I heard nothing from them and money been taken out good bye to 50£ of it I won’t trust this website .
Wish I knew in the first place

Placed ordered last week from this world tuning fans online company but until today the status still on pending, then I decided emailing them but can’t get any answers from them after several time emailed to them but only thing what I got back from them is automatic response emails.
Today the 27 may 2020 I checked only about this world tuning fans online site company and guess what came up on my iPad? All the peoples had purchased anything from this company Had never received any
items until now today, So Then I am realising I had been scam same as others from this company... please take my advise Do not purchasing or do any business with them otherwise you will be scam by this company call world tuning fans and they are based in Scotland U.K. and also they are on Amazon and eBays too. Please take my advice do not purchase anything from this company if you reading this message now, if you do you will have no way to contact them or to get your money back!!!!
Now what I can do is contact my local branch bank tomorrow morning to see how I can reporting this world tuning fans company is a scam and maybe I need to fill in the transaction dispute form from the bank to get my money back if I can get it back!!! Please someone do something about this company before it getting more people being scam from it. The company name is call (world tuning fans) and they are based in Scotland U.K.

I ordered and paid for an LED light a number of weeks ago which has not been delivered I have tried to contact the company on a number of occasions without a reply. I am obtaining advice from trading standards . I would advise anyone not to buy from this company .

I'd like to thank the good folks on here for the pre-warning, and to WorldTuningFans for not pesponding to a message I'd sent regarding the illuminated sill trims, as I could be saying (Goodbye) to £139.99! Cheers guys for preventing me for making the biggist financial mistake ever...

It's a shame to have to give a star for these because, like everyone else, I paid up, waited and waited and waited.
I've sent emails, nothing back.
Best thing to do is go to trading standards, i'm still waiting on my money back though.

Ordered two illuminated car makers badges which arrived within reasonable time from abroad. I was assured that they were waterproof but they proved not to be :(. Sent several emails complaining but no response. Ordered another one on the off chance that I had been sent occasional dodgy ones, but did not arrive. Eventually, I had to action a chargeback via my bank to get my money back from the last one ordered. Suggest do NOT do business with this company!

A total scam site no doubt about it..Ordered and paid 3 months ago no response to my emails..total rip off....

Totally ignores any email sent, originally I had ordered a set of side lights on December 26th 2018. The date I write this is now 11th June 2019. I still am yet to receive a response and will be starting legal proceedings for the return of my money after no item has been dispatched to me. I have let my friends know that this website is one to avoid. Shame really.

I really wanted to wait a bit longer before I said anything but at this stage... I made a purchase on their site on March 1st 2019. I made a mistake with the sizes and sent a message via the website. I did not receive a response to that within 48 hours, so I sent an email. Fast forward to today (6/4/19) and I have not yet received any products, responses to website messages or emails. I have just sent my final email to remind them that the "3-4 weeks" delivery window has passed and that if I do not receive a response to any message I sent within seven days, that I shall be turning this in to a legal matter. I will update with more information if I get it.

Absolutely shocking almost a month and a half after ordering my illuminated door sills.. Emailed 2 or 3 times to confirm my order or what's actually happened to it.. But no reply. Pure ignorance!!! Will not be using this company again.
