I required an extra glass shelf with associated front and rear finishing strips to replace a bottle rack I've no use for. I looked on various parts sites including Hotpoint or Whirlpool. Hotpoint was a bit elongated to navigate but having taken my details the parts department called me within an hour. The representative Simon knew exactly what I needed and did his best to secure the sale. The price was double what other spare part companies were offering but I had sizing issues as the part described was not the size as in larger crisper shelf as opposed and needed these 2 strips too. So, I've ordered with Hotpoint and know what I'm to receive will be exactly what I need. Job done.

I'm in shock! A British company help desk open on a Saturday morning with real people answering the phones and all the parts in stock for a 14 year old washing machine with 1 to 2 days express delivery and a 2 week parts return period if unused. How can this be real in 2026? Fingers crossed and breath held that old faithful can wash and dry again.

I purchased Hotpoint washer dryer back in 2018. Yesterday, I couldn’t open the door. Even after the cycles had finished.
After paying for eight years into a payment scheme costing me less than £5pcm, I had to book a repair because I can’t get my clothes out of the machine.
On contacting them today, they said they would be out to repair my machine on Wednesday (New Year’s Eve), which is quicker than any other service I’ve tried, and I will not even need to pay for it.
Hotpoint have always been good for me. My previous washing machine lasted more than 25 years, and my fridge freezer has lasted me 30 years.
I would still recommend Hotpoint as a reliable purchase because of the amount of time their items have lasted me and knowing the fact they are made in Britain 
Ordered a replacement plastic salad…
Ordered a replacement plastic salad drawer for our Blomberg fridge/freezer. Apparently done through Hotpoint/ Whirlpool? Not in stock, so took about 3 weeks. When it was delivered by Evri, the package looked like someone had played football with it ( despite it being marked as fragile) I opened package in the presence of the delivery man and the new drawer was indeed damaged, so I handed it back to delivery man. I contacted Blomberg/ Beko who re ordered it. Still waiting. I have though, been charged for it. Not impressed. If the next one arrives damaged I will ask for my money back. Suggest they don't use Evri and have stronger packaging.
Update: 29/12/25. I phoned Beko shortly after writing this post originally and asked them to confirm that the part I want has been re-ordered and they said it had but the wait continues....
What an absolute shambles of a company
What an absolute shambles of a company. 4 weeks with dishwasher sitting in middle of my kitchen. Dishwasher less than year old and already broke. Company is useless and extremely unhelpful.despite making all the positive responses on here they never fulfill the issue. This is now my second review..

Wow - what service. When cleaning our oven doors the top glass oven door slipped onto the floor smashing to bits. One quick phone call to Hotpoint Parts and a very efficient gentlemen quickly established the part number. A couple of days later delivered and then we fitted it - superb service.,
Do not buy hotpoint products
WOULD NOT BUY ANOTHER KITCHEN APPIANCE FROM HOPOINT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES. THE COMPANY I BOUGHT IT OFF WOULD NOT COVER WARRANTY UNDER ANY CIRCOMSTANCE AND DIRECT CALLS TO HOTPOINT NO BETTER.
DISH WASHER REPLACED MY SELF AFTER TWO ATTEMPTS TO RECTIFY A DOOR FAULT THEN TO CAP IT ALL IT BROKE DOWN STOPPED JUST AFTER A YEAR OLD. OVEN HAD ENDLESS ISSUES, SOUNDED LIKE A HELICOPTER. SO IVE HAD ENOUGH WITH THAT RETURN IT AND FITTED ANOTHER OVEN DIFFERENT MAKE.
FRIDGE DOOR MILK TRAY BROKE AFTER 2 TO 3 MONTHS AND FREEZER DRAWS BROKE TWO OF THEM POOR MANUFACTURER OF PARTS.
WOULD NOT GIVE ANY WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS TO BEEN TOLD WEAR AND TEAR AFTER 2 OR 3 MONTHS. BULL.......
CAN'T PUT IT ANY PLAINER CRAP FULL NEW KITCHEN FITTED WITH THESE PRODUCTS WHAT A JOKE.

I spoke to Tolu about some issues I was facing with my washing machine, it had a damp smell and he advised me to use a product monthly at 60°, he explained everything to me and was very patient. I have now received and used the product Tolu recommended, and it is so great. I have saved so much money and time. Thank you Tolu!!!

Placed order on the 8th of October told the lady will take a week to come in and it will be despatched within two days of coming in ?. Still waiting 21/10/2025 . And I’ve had to trace them up by phoning ?, have been told today I will receive a phone call to let me know what’s happening ?, awful service .

So not really a parts comment but brought a brand new tumble dryer last Thursday delivered this morning unwrapped it it doesn’t work! Phoned hotpoint they can’t give me exchange until Wednesday 🤷♀️ I’ve waited nearly a week for something that’s not rocket science I don’t even know if appliances are checked before they leave absolutely shocking and disappointing

Spent 3.5 hours waiting for call to be answered. Eventually got through the following morning, repair booked for 8/9/25, got msg to say engineer would come in 9/9/25 then another msg to say engineer could come in 3/9/25 but had to reply by 11.15am which I did then got a msg to say engineer was booked for 3/8/25 bearing in mind this was 2nd SEPTEMBER and they would send me a three hour window - no such msg as to when the engineer would turn up and needless to say at 6.30pm no engineer had arrived. APPALLING - I will never have a Hotpoint appliance again.

Very disappointed with Hotpoint today. Despite trying several times all morning to reach them by phone, I was forced into using the chat to discuss a part ordered online yesterday. The telephone message advises chat is in 'real-time' but this is not the case. Long wait for Agent to connect then respond.
Agent was not interested in helping me and ignored my request to raise a complaint or pass to a manager.
I was then transferred to a department that was nothing to do with my issue.
I chose Hotpoint for the 10 year parts guarantee and I now need to purchase an element for my 3 year old oven. Not a happy customer.

Returns impossible
I’ve been trying to contact the returns department and it’s impossible!
Several departments have put me through even though I’ve told them that they never answer! It’s like nobody in the company wants to own a problem and just pass around hoping someone else will deal with it! The parts were ordered for a hob which I gave the model number for and they’re incorrect but I’m stuck with £££ of parts that are no use, wouldn’t be so bad but the customer has bought a new hotpoint hob!
Do not use Evri to deliver your goods
You can improve by not using Evri to deliver your parts, if I had know it was Evri who was the courier I would not have ordered it. They delivered on a Saturday when no one is in the office but instead of redelivering on Monday they have sent it back to you, this does not help at all as we needed that part this week.
Very poor aftercare, Hotpoint.
I have tried to track down a front piece for one of the drawers in my fridge-freezer which has broken. You would have thought that finding such a part was easy but not when you're trying to do it via Hotpoint Parts!
The website has a search facility but the results of this search were useless - incorrect parts, correct parts but the wrong sizes and general information which don't directly relate to what you are searching for.
So I tred the online chat facility but was told (when they eventually responded) that they don't deal with parts, only repairs, despite being the chat facility on the parts website! I was transferred to the parts chat facility but was immediately transferred back and told that I had been sent to them in error!
So I request a call back which, to be fair, did happenw hen they said it would. But the sales person was extremely patronising and had no sympathy for my ordeal so far - he was only interested in making a sale. He assured me that he could send me the correct part but could not confirm the part number, nor provide any visual confirmation of what I was ordering. He said if it wasn't on the website, then I couldn't see it. I just had to trust to luck that it was what he said it was.
All I needed was a drawer front, but according to the website they had drawers that were the wrong size or drawers without fronts which were the right size. The salesman explained that the drawer without the front was, in fact, the front but the picture was wrong!
I was asked 3 times to confirm my contact information, even down to confirming the mobile number on which they had just called me!
When I finally agreed to buy the product they were offering, the response of the salesman was "so are you happy now?" - said not in a helpful way but with the utmost patronising tone possible.
Even though I did feel that I had finally found what I wanted, the whole ecperience has left me very angry and upset, simply because of the glib manner in which the staff at this company treat customers. It was a horrible experience that I never wish to have again and if there had been any other way of finding my spare part, I would much rather have used it.
Hotpoint - you really need to sort this out because you are tarnishing a household name by your extremely poor aftercare service.

I have been trying to book an afternoon appt,to replace my freezer door ,Im literally told take it or leave it,(if i am able to get through) the whole fridge freezer needs replacing,i defrosted freezer as asked,then was told part wasnt available ,i sit on chat line for hours,then because I cant always answer at exact moment ,they cut call and i have to start again.big rust patch on door,seal is not sealing,now fridge has developed a stink,of old lettuce,I have tried everything cleaning wise to no avail-to prevent my food from being contaminated,I have to store it else where,which means I am paying for something I am unable to use!!
