Partitions very quickly
We needed partitions quickly to start our school year. We were working with the building manager to get this done, and Partition King communicated with us well. The only hiccups were when our order was almost delayed because of an out-of-stock toilet paper holder, and when someone mistakenly told me we had not placed an order (this was rectified the same day when I provided the order number).

first of all someone changed the layout…
first of all someone changed the layout from an 86"span to an 90" span which resulted in having to order a piece we should not have had to. It came with an additional cost we did not expect or accept. second the instruction booklet was no help at all. It was more confusing than helpful. The urinal partions are a little flimsy in the way they hang. to much sway side to side.

First and foremost, we sincerely regret any issues that you may have had with your order. At Partition King - we strive for 100% satisfaction.
In regards to any issues you had with dimensions - we have a very strict approval procedure whereby customers are required to review, approve, and sign each page of the final shop drawings before orders are entered. Should any final measurements on the drawing have been incorrect, they unfortunately were approved and signed for on your side. This is why we emphasize that customers check and double check all dimensions for final approval - as replacements can be costly and time consuming.
In regards to installation instructions - had we known you were having an issue understanding the instructions, we would have been more than happy to send over the installation video tutorials.
In regards to the urinal screen - our wall hung urinal screens are industry standard. When installed properly, there should be very little sway. Should you require additional mounting support, you are more than welcome to reach out to us and we can provide a pilaster support to attach to this urinal screen.
