Partan sold me a collision damaged rear…

Partan sold me a collision damaged rear seat belt for Toyota Corolla. I have since then contacted the company, trying to work out a resolution. I have presented them with the option to cover the expence of refurbishing the seat belt. It's been a week and I still haven't been contacted back. I am hoping for a positive outcome. If there is such, I'll come back and revise my review.

Your order (reference 231673) was dispatched on the same day it was placed — December 18, 2025. The initial delay was influenced by the peak holiday season and high shipment volumes, but the parcel is now held in customs clearance in Ukraine (status "In Customs" since January 10, 2026).
For international shipments to Ukraine, customs often requires action from the recipient to complete clearance. This typically involves providing personal details (such as passport information), confirming the invoice, and paying any applicable customs duties or taxes. Without this, the parcel cannot be released for final delivery.
To resolve this as quickly as possible, please:
- Check your SMS, Viber, email, or the local carrier's app (e.g., Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or Meest, depending on the final delivery partner) for any notifications about customs requirements.
- Contact the Ukrainian customs authority directly using the tracking number and provide the necessary information/documents. This is the key step to release your parcel.
