They are scammers. I paid and never received any part. Loss about 250 euros.
But I have managed to fill a claim in local Germany police (according Partacus address). You can do that on: onlinewache.polizei.niedersachsen.de/
I used google translator (do not know German language). I already have claim number.
So I recommend to do that for you all. When police gets more claims, maybe they will look more strictly to that.
Do not ignore scammers and help protect other people.

Ordered Mercedes 107 parts in August. Received a mail that it could take 2 weeks. Assuming that this was checked, 115 euro was paid. After 1 month received an e-mail that the parts were no langer deliverable and that a refund would follow. A reminder was sent every 2 weeks, receiving the same answer to be patience and that my mail was dispathed to the administration departement. End of december placed a new order for 125 euro referring to the refund. All in vain as it seems.

If you spot a bargain on this website, firstly place your order and pray the goods are in stock BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY only pay via a method you have some form of redress e.g. Paypal (& not stupidly send Euros inter bank..).
This website appears to be a portal to locate rare, overstocked or simply bargain items sat on third party stock lists of no doubt legitimate organisations, main dealers, agents etc. On the face of it, an excellent concept.
However:-
There is no live stock monitoring.
The order process requires you place your order, pay your money THEN discover if the item is physically available.
The seemingly efficient email paper trail thanks you for your order then in my case communicated the item is out of stock along with a very courteous message to say a refund is in progress.
Alarm bells begin ringing (sadly belatedly) as you question how can they process a bank transfer to an unknown beneficiary details.
Alarm bells further ring when you email asking for information on the refund process and receive no answer.
And then the kicker, you research the Company to discover all the negative reviews. Why why why did I not do this the other way round and conduct due diligence before sending €!!! Idiot!
I read further down the reviews the business owner, I'm being polite and not referring to him how I would like to, has responded to one or two people with offers to email the claims department directly Schadenzentrum at partacus.de - Don't bother, the address bounces back. Add Trustpilot in the subject, ditto, bounces.
Call them, you get someone (business owner??) proclaiming he only deals with marketing and you can't be put through to anyone else.
So, I will continue to pursue my stolen funds. I hope as many people as possible do the sensible thing and read these reviews BEFORE parting with their money on the Partacus website, and lastly I hope the business owner hands the reigns to someone competent, to develop the legitimate aspect of the site, pay back those owed money to, and ultimately stop the schadenfreude.

bought at the online store a couple of parts to my car, around 115€, did also the bank transfer from Portugal and only after did the payment I'd been informed they had no stock at all!
It was at the 20th of November and after two e-mails, I still do not have my money back. Now I'm checking here and after all it's a scam to take money from people!
If they do not pay me until the Middle of this week, I'll contact my lawyer, Portuguese Police, International Police and the Police from their own country.

Worst service. Do not trust to partacus. Placed order over 5 month ago and have not got parts, have not got any refund. Not possible to get any money back, they starts to lie every time when the speech goes about refund or simple ignoring emails. Also they started to take investments from idiots. Google - Partacus Direct Invest . totally scam, do not waste money

But first, I got terrified when I saw the reviews about Partacus.de after placing my order. There were so many serious complaints here and there .. yes, I would'nt have taken this risk knowingly and will probably not take it in the future ...
However, when speaking of my own personal experience .. these complaints would have been the only reason why I should have dropped one star and cannot promote despite of my facts:
++++ The part that I ordered is a costly original part, not so commonly found, but Partacus dispatched it rather fast.
+++++ I made quite extensive availablity-price reasearch on the Internet and checked my usual local sources, but they whether did not list the part or could not even nearly beat the price.
+++++ The part I received was exactly as described and in its original packaging.
+++++ Shipping was super fast and very economical albeit the parcel was bulky and shipment was international.
Parts not supplied, no refund
I've ordered some parts from your website the 23rd of August. You told me after I already paid they weren't available, so I requested a refund by bank transfer (same method used for the payment). After more than a month you didn't refund me, no reply to multiple emails and you don't respond to the phone number on the website. Not a very serious way to to business. You stole my money basically.

Update: 04 Jan 2018 I tried to call today, phones out of service; checked the website - still open, but company not taking orders any longer. Looks like I am out €1400. Gone forever!
Update 29 November 2017 - still have not received my refund. Several phone calls, several emails, still nothing. In 5 days it will be 3 months I have been trying to get a refund.

I tried to purchase BMW parts, and, after waiting for confirmation, wired my money. I then received an email saying that the part was no longer in stock and back ordered and that I could choose to cancel the order, which I did. I have now been waiting more than 30 days for a refund. I have send several emails and no response. I have called after 10 days and they said my refund would be sent during the week (it was not). I have tried to call the number for two days now and there is no answer. I have sent more than €1000 on good faith, and have not received my refund, or received any communication regarding my inquiries.

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews - are they from real customers or competitors playing tricks? I can only comment on my experience which was very good and I saved around 1000 Swedish kronor (more or less £100) compared to buying the part via my local audi main dealer here in Sweden.
