Exceptional products and service, slight tech gripes
Products and service in the shop are both exceptionally good which is the major thing.
The website works very well. One minor suggestion: I keep having to enter my mobile number each time I place an order even though it is stored on my account.
My slightly bigger gripe is that I can't use the mobile app at all because the PNose screen covers up the controls on my Google Pixel phone. It just needs to be moved up a bit. I have written you about this once or twice already!

Is not the first time I’ve order…
Is not the first time I’ve order online, is very easy. Your problem is the courier you use DPD, they either dump or dyslexic as they never properly read the address and always leave the parcel in the wrong house, and is a bit of a problem when they are delivering perishables.

Excellent butcher with a fantastic selection of high-quality meat always available.
My favourite butchers in London are Sharon and Aymn — they are always welcoming, cheerful, and make every visit enjoyable. I always leave the shop with a smile on my face.
They are incredibly knowledgeable about all the products on display and what’s available in the other fridges, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They also always remind me to use my app to collect points and have explained how I can redeem them for discounts or even unique experiences, such as spending a day as a butcher at Parsons Nose.
