Quality Benches
Quality of benches and assembly materials were excellent; very sturdy. However, the supplied concrete sleeve anchors were substandard. The nuts stripped on the bolt threads as they were tightened. We had to replace all mounting hardware.

The end product was fabulous!
The end product was fabulous!! We love the bench! The getting there was a little frustrating. People were all nice. Confusion on their end over who our primary point of contact was. Lack of initial effective communication regarding delivery time. We ended up getting it in plenty of time, which was a relief. Bench was bent slightly when received but we were able to bend it back into place to get it to fit. Never lined up perfectly but it is a really beautiful bench so we weren't going to complain about it being a bit off.
