Every time I fly out of Kennedy, I use them. I have never been disappointment. They are fast, inexpensive and convenient.

They smashed my car
I went to pick my car up and saw that there had been an obvious collision to the front of the vehicle, even crumpling the hood. The Park Plus staff responded with surprise -- "you mean it wasn't like that before?" It was not there when I dropped the car off.
Fortunately, I made a claim immediately. Their claim form says on it that you cannot make a claim after you have left the parking lot. Their office has stated that they will pay my insurance collision deductible. We'll see if it happens.

Horrible experience using this
Horrible experience ...I trusted Parking Plus with my vehicle only to return to my vehicle being damaged and hit. I still had to pay for the services and no sincere apologies. I will not be using this service again

GOOD JOB, PARK PLUS!
Have had excellent service from Park Plus and it's employees. They take good car of my car and the shuttle service to the airport is efficient and timely. Their staff is courteous , polite, and helpful. This is my only parking spot when I use Newark airport.

Hidden fees
I was quoted one price when I dropped my car off and it was more when I picked it up. That was in addition to the $10 I was charged on my credit card as a holding/processing fee. Give yourself extra time to get there because it is a little bit confusing. The only good part about my experience was the shuttle-it was fast and easy.

Best Place to Park
Excellent customer service. Van is waiting for you as you pull in. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. Its door to door service. You call them when you land and in less than 10 minutes someone is there waiting for you. I have used them several times now and have had the same experience.
