Efficient drop-off and fast pick up

Drove up, bags transferred to shuttle, At terminal within 10 mins. Got off plane and collected luggage, shuttle called and arrived in 10 mins. Back to parking- car sitting outside ready to go. Quick payment and off. Drivers and staff super friendly. We will use again.

Everything was good except when we returned to the airport and waited well over a hour to be picked up calling several times and having a van driving by us without stopping

I started using Park Plus about years. I have been totally please with their service. They run good specials if you can take advantage of them. When I get t the airport I call them after I get to my luggage and I have never had to wait an extensive amount of time for them to come and pick me up..I recommend them highly!!

The lot is in the same area as the other brand lots so there should be no issue with security. We had very little wait being dropped off and picked up. The car was already at the office when we arrived from the airport, so after paying the bill, we simply drove out.

It is Closed to the airport, and they picked us very quickly from the airport.

I have used Park Plus Newark for years after previously trying a few other parking places. Park Plus is always friendly, rates are very good and the length of time waiting for a shuttle to pick you up upon return is always very good - usually less than 5 minutes.
Highly recommend them.

The staff was very warming. The drivers were knowledgable about the quickest way to my terminal as well as getting myself and my husband there on time. The pickup was great on time and very relaxing. I will be using them again as well as referring them to my other friends.

I went with these guys because they were the cheapest option. I paid extra for their "DropUp" service and made an appointment online. I scheduled a 4:30 am Drop off at the airport. When I arrived at their facilities at 4:15 am I was told there was no one around to go with me to the airport. They only had 3 people working. One person on the front and back gates and one person driving the van. They told me my only option was to take the van to the airport so I had to take that. I wasn't amused and don't understand why I had to make an appointment if they weren't going to honor it and plan accordingly. Then when I arrived at EWR I called the number and they told me where to go for the van AGAIN! I told the lady that I paid for Drop/Up service and she goes "Oh, I'll have to find your car and when I do, I'll send someone over!" Not very customer friendly. But I went cheap and as always, you get what you pay for.

We were a little nervous using this kind of service for the first time, but they quickly put our nerves at ease. They were very friendly and got us to the airport in no time at all. Pick up was just as seamless! We will definitely be using them again.

We made the reservation easily and they emailed the driving directions from RI, which was a big help because we were not familiar with the airport at all. Found the lot and we were at the airport in no time.

Van was ready when we arrived around 5 am and was expecting us. Easy ride to airport with pleasant driver. We had no problem on pick up at airport and car was waiting when we arrived. Made the process easy.

We typically fly out of newark since we live in NJ. I was a bit concerned about navigating my way to JFK and finding the lot, getting to the airport on a timely basis, etc. Despite the traffic getting to JFK, the experience with Park Plus was amazing. Courteous staff; white glove treatment; clean mercedes van got us to the terminal quickly. On the back end, the van came for us quickly, car was waiting when we got back to the lot. Payment was easy - and having a Groupon didn't hurt either. Would definitely recommend this service at any airport they serve
