When You’re arriving Late due to Traffic or no matter the reason your Booking will be cancelled as a „No-Show“. While already being under pressure arriving on time to the airport you are Kinda forced to make a new Booking (Paying again with an extra 15€ late Booking Fee) - total joke!

We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you faced with your booking at Shuttle Parkeren Schiphol. The pressure of arriving on time at the airport can be challenging, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We see that you indicated in your reservation that you wanted to arrive at the parking at 12:00 on 27 December. When a customer does not notify the parking, reservations are reported as no-shows after a few hours. Unfortunately, this was also the case with you.
Ultimately, the reservation was reactivated by the car park at around 9:00 on 28 December, which means that you arrived more than 21 hours after the indicated time when making the reservation. The costs associated with this depend on the car park's terms and conditions.
When plans change, it is therefore important to notify the parking at all times. You can change your reservation via the Parkos website up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation, and after that, you can do so directly at the parking.
We hope that despite the disappointing parking experience, you will still have a pleasant holiday.

Good value for money parking near Schiphol. Linked to Vakantie Parking, although the latter claimed a secure parking location, I truly question if it's guarded at night as open gate and no visible personnel at Rozenburg parking, although cameras present. Quick drop-off and collection.

Very uninterested guy
Very uninterested guy. He only spoke French and looked like he didn't like his job. Didn't help at all wih putting the suitcases in the car, (my auntie who is 80 was there, not even for her) drove to the airport like a lunatic, didn't say 1 word! Awful guy (young guy with glasses). Made us decide NEVER to park our car there again. I do need to say we also have had good experience with Parkos but at a different one.

Charging service charged at the wrong time – no responsibility taken
I booked valet parking at Schiphol via Parkos, but the actual provider Park ’n Fly delivered a disappointing experience.
I paid €30 for a charging service. My car was parked from 20 July to 31 August, yet it was charged on 30 July, almost a month too early. When I collected the car, the battery was only 73%, making the charging service effectively useless.
Park ’n Fly admitted the charging was done on the wrong date but refused any refund and stopped responding. This shows a lack of accountability for their own mistake.
I do want to acknowledge that Parkos handled the situation proactively and refunded €15 as a goodwill gesture, even though the issue was caused by Park ’n Fly.
Be cautious when booking Park ’n Fly, especially for add-on services like car charging.

Terrible shuttle bus and awful communication with the shuttle driver
Reason for 1 star: I HAD A VERY NICE HOLIDAYS AND IT GOT SCREWED IN THE LAST STEP, BY OUR ARRIVAL BY THE AWFUL SHUTTLE BUS DRIVER!!!
Absolutely disappointed with the terrible communication for the shuttle transfer!!! We waited for more than 90 minutes in the airport (outside in cold weather by the exit 11 in Dusseldorf airport as it was communicated to us over the phone call) since the shuttle driver would tell me that he will be there in the next 5 minutes! Then no show up. Then called again and he said in 10 minutes. Again no show up and it was just a lie after lie!!! When he was in the airport, he would not sms us or call us to find us!! He said I will pick you up at exit 11 and I waited there for more than 90 minutes. After complaining over the phone call, he said I have been here at the airport but at exit 10! Why didn't you come to me??!! Imagine between multiple taxi's from different companies while it is crowded, how am I supposed to know which taxi belongs to us in other exit doors while he would not pick up the calls from me anymore!!! My wife and I found it very annoying and I filed a complaint against the rude and irresponsible shuttle driver by Parkos.
"I DO EXPECT FROM PARKOS TO COMMUNICATE THIS COMPLAINT WITH THE PARKING COMPANY TO AVOID THIS ISSUE HAPPENING AGAIN IN THE FUTURE WITH OTHER POOR TRAVELERS!!!"
Apart from the shuttle bus, everything is good with the parking area and how it was arranged via Parkos. THANKS FOR THAT.

When parking the car nobody present at meetingpoint. We had to call ourselves...guy showed up 20 mins late.
