So brought the eclipse folding chair 2 x weeks ago .

After minimal use the stitching has started failing on the carry straps , customer services have told me to carry on using until the fault gets worse , that's great if they break at home , but not ideal if they fail when your out and about . Also one of the pop rivet bolts have failed on the frame , am awaiting customer services to get back to me about this . I will Be returning my chair for a full refund. Such a shame because it's a great looking , comfortable and practical piece of kit , they just didn't finish it off to a suitable standard .

We were looking for a cheap place to spend the night while driving rv cross country. This was perfect, site was level and we could put out the slides.

I received a chair as a gift and initiated an exchange for the a different option. I contacted the company through their website. Initially I received an answer but as the exchange wore on the company responded less and less with me having to prompt them through their website. I shipped the chair back as once I finally received a shipping label after having to prompt them. The company received the chair and never contacted me. I contacted them and it took them a week to respond saying they were out of stock and that I could consider a different option. I’ve contacted the company approximately 3 times since then with 0 response. The customer service is awful and they don’t offer a way to speak to a representative.

This company makes GREAT products. The chairs are comfortable and designed for the beach, or any outdoor activity.

BUT…most of all, customer service is spectacular! You make your purchase, it ships on time. Then a few days later, you get an email asking if you received it ! What a refreshing purchase experience.

Not an inexpensive product, but quality and after sales service makes it an outstanding buy.

You won’t be disappointed!
