Dear Fra,

We won't hide the fact that this review leaves us truly perplexed and saddened that, despite having clarified your doubts via email, you still decided to leave this feedback as if out of spite.

We have already pointed out that the information we provide in the voucher and on our website is extremely consistent and makes no mention of the car park you booked being open 24 hours a day, as it has closing times that are, as you yourself have seen, clearly stated.

Your comment refers to opening hours read on a website other than ours, over which we have no control.

We therefore find it absurd to be here justifying ourselves and seeing ourselves discredited for incorrect information that has nothing to do with our website or our service.

In essence, you are penalising us for providing you with the correct information, while a third-party website, which you chose to consult, is not doing the same.

We do not consider this to be fair on your part and do not accept it as constructive criticism.

non nascondiamo che questa recensione ci lascia davvero perplessi e ci rattrista come, nonostante abbiamo chiarito i tuoi dubbi via e-mail, tu abbia comunque deciso di lasciare questo feedback quasi fosse una ripicca.

Abbiamo già fatto presente che le informazioni da noi fornite nel voucher e sul nostro sito solo estremamente coerenti e non fanno menzione di una apertura H24 del parcheggio da te prenotato, poiché questo ha degli orari di chiusura che sono, come hai potuto tu stesso riscontrare, chiaramente esplicitati.

Il tuo commento si riferisce agli orari di apertura letti in un sito diverso dal nostro su cui noi non abbiamo nessun controllo.

Ci sembra assurdo, quindi, trovarci qui a giustificarci e a vederci screditati per un'informazione errata che nulla ha a che vedere con il nostro sito e il nostro servizio.

In pratica, ci stai penalizzando per averti fornito le informazioni corrette, mentre un sito terzo, che tu hai deciso di consultare non fa la stessa cosa.

Questo non ci sembra molto corretto da parte tua e non lo accettiamo come una critica costruttiva.

However, our customer service is available 7 days a week and can be reached through various channels: WhatsApp (379 276 8690), chat on the website, Facebook, Instagram, email (info@parkingmycar.it) and the switchboard.

By contacting us, you would have received the necessary assistance to consult our app.

Furthermore, from your message, we find it difficult to fully understand which aspect of the app you found most complex and what motivated you to refrain from giving us 4 or 5 stars.

We also note that you included in your booking the service of sending the voucher containing all the information about the parking space booked via WhatsApp.

Therefore, if you have any comments and/or suggestions to share with us, please write to us at info@parkingmycar.it.

We prefer to receive constructive feedback from our customers so that we can improve and ensure an increasingly efficient service.

We are sorry to hear about what happened.

We would like to reiterate that, in accordance with our policy, cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival time indicated at the time of booking.

This information is made available to users at all stages of the search and booking process. As you can see for yourself, the free cancellation policy always refers to 24 hours in advance.

Of course, it is impossible to predict when something unexpected might happen, which is why we offer the option of adding the Protection package, which allows you to cancel your booking up to one minute before it starts, in order to protect yourself from any mishaps.

We regret being discredited in this way, as we make the conditions for booking and free cancellation clear from the outset. At ParkingMyCar, we are constantly striving to offer the best service at the best price and always to protect our customers, whom we simply ask to consult the information that we make easily available during the offer search and booking phases.

We value the reviews we receive from our customers and believe they are essential in helping us improve the quality of our service and that offered by our partner car parks.

We regret that, at times, the potential of this valuable tool is exploited to report personal issues, which in no way help those who use Trustpilot to make the best choice of a booking service that fully meets their needs, but only indicate a lack of or incorrect understanding of the information by the customer.

We regret that you have used what happened to your son to discredit our portal.
As already mentioned, we know that it is impossible to know when an unexpected event will occur, but that is precisely why we offer customers the option of adding an extra service, which allows them to access a refund up to 1 minute before departure.

We would like to point out, however, that despite the contract we have with the car park you booked, we have checked with them and they have confirmed that they can refund your booking.

You will receive an email confirming the refund.

We hope you will reconsider your opinion of us and continue to use our portal.
