Scam artists
Scam artists - they run parking lots, but whether you pay for the parking, have it validated by the business, dispute it and they claim it's resolved, they still send parking violations.
I went to the business with the notice because they know they validate parking and their customers shouldn't be charged $90 for parking 10 mins, so they contact the company to resolve the issue, but Parking & Transportation compliance continues sending notices, the cost keeps going up and they threaten collections. There is no choice but to pay it because all attempts to resolve, even their own email saying they have resolved it, results in more collection notices. They prey on people knowing they don't want their credit ruined so they will eat crap and just pay it. This company should be investigated and shut down, but at a minimum, if you see it's one of their lots, go to any other lot, even if it's more expensive to park because when it's all said and done, they will charge their violation fee of $90 whether you were there 5 minutes or 5 days. Scammers!!! I can only enter one date of experience, but there are numerous.
