The website is error-prone. You use the camera to scan the QR code, it takes you to the website, you try to set a parking duration, it has you sign in, then it starts all over again and makes you find your parking lot. Multiples times I've used the app, and it took over 5 minutes each time just to get it to work.

It would be so much easier if it were a faster process - it takes so long to get set up and pay - we were in a hurry and I wasn't even sure if it went through. That being said, finding a location with a lot of parking was great.

It would be helpful to prominently display hours of operation. On the day that I used the lot, I arrived at about 5:30am. Myself and many other people were confused when the pay stations and the app would not accept parking.

No comparison to ParkChicago where it is very simple! I tried using this App in a public street, other than the Lot where I had no choice but to use it. It simply didn’t work, I was not able to make heads and tails where I was to park!

The app did not accept the parking code. I had to pay additionally, when I already had money on the app.

Received a ticket and it wasn’t because…
Received a ticket and it wasn’t because I didn’t pay for the hours and when I went to the Chicago website there was another ticket , which it was because supposedly the time expired when I got to my car 15 minutes before . Two tickets in a day and in a private parking, not worth going to the city or using this parking lot
