Stuck in lot!!

On Wednesday 6/16/21 I was stuck in the Washington Hill lot for 2 hours. I lost my ticket, and was prepared to pay the 13.00 which is the cost for a lost ticket. However, there was no way for me to pay the 13.00 b/c the machines kept asking for the ticket. I called the number on the entrance poster, I hit the button for help, I called all numbers on the website, and nothing. Finally after 2 hours I was able to get someone on the call box. I even went online and purchased a ticket for 13.00, and then the ticket wouldn't scan. Needless to say I am not very happy, and I will not be parking in that lost or using your site again.

Difficult to reach and tags don't work

I first signed up for a day pass online and when I got to the lot it didn't work. I still signed up for a monthly and the confirmation email told me to go to the office to pick up parking tags. There is no office and the phone numbers provided weren't in service. It was by chance that I found an employee for the lot to help out.

I was unable to leave the parking area despite paying and having an active reservation. And the customer service was unhelpful and rude. I was also unable to find a number to call to get a refund since I had to go find a meter to pay AGAIN to leave with a ticket.

The barcode provided did not work so we had to pay the full price to park. The company did refund the original purchase however, and the customer service associate was friendly (which is why they received 2 stars rather than 1).

The QR code I received did not work getting into or out of the parking lot. It takes a significant amount of time to call the attendant in order to get out of the parking lot.
