It was very easy to find and easy to find a open spot. The way the spots are laid out was very nice as I felt there was enough space for parking without being too close to other cars/spots.

The garage was very empty and I was able to buy a pass online. The QR code got us in but wouldn't let us out. We spent 20 minutes talking to a couple of people(who sounded Flipino and probably were talking to us from there) and they wouldn't let us out because they kept asking questions like where did we get the pass(Parking.com) and they had to check to make sure we had a pass. What was the order number, etc. Finally the second person let us out.

I called because I had a question about using the website and the person who answered was very friendly and helpful

When I arrived at the parking lot, the staff told me that there was no available parking space and I had to leave, but the deposit was not returned.

This time I accidentally parked in the wrong garage, so I had to call Parking.com to cancel my paid reservation at the garage I never reached. Getting my refund by phone was easy and fast and my account was replenished in a couple of days.

Location was great and garage appeared well maintained & clean. I recommend NOT using the website to reserve & pay as I did. You're suppose to enter your tag number but the system kept telling me internal error so i had to call customer service. They send a confirmation email with a link that is suppose to have a barcode to scan, there was no barcode. I called customer service again and they resent the email three times with the link but there was never barcode. They ended up telling me that there would be someone at the garage to help me. It was a struggle to try to understand due to their very poor & broken English. There was an attendant, sadly she wasn't much better with her attitude, like it was an inconvenience.

Staff present, available, friendly, and helpful. However, we were unclear about how to return to the garage.

I had good experience. It is little hard to find with google map, but the parking lot is really good and enough space & safe for car parking.

Watch your times! I arrived at 6:58, I scanned my QR code to enter. When leaving after a show at Warner Theater, I had my $17 prepaid QR code. But the exit computer wouldnt accept the code. The woman at the exit charged me another $17 to exit. Which I guess was better than the $29 for the "lost" ticket.

I purchased parking at the Warner Theater in Washington, DC. I arrived and left between the appropriate times. When I tried to leave, the parking attendant forced me to pay an additional $15.00 before she would open the gate to let me exit. She said that my Parking.com voucher did not cover the parking.

We parked here all day before a concert at night. The garage was easy to get to, not crowded and very easy to walk to the museums and get out of the venue. HOWEVER, the online payment only lets you pay until 10pm and it took an hour to get out of the garage- probably because everyone was having to pay for an extra hour (24.00!) to get out. I think this was the whole design of posting that the garage closes at 10 when concerts don’t get out until after 10. Be prepared for a long wait to get out of the garage and add 24.00 on to the “affordable” parking fee! (Which is fine, just stupid way of getting more money).

When we got to the lot the gate was down. There was a number that went straight to voicemail. Mind you, we prepaid for our parking. We wound up having to park in another lot and pay for parking twice. Would not use this site or lot again.

I booked parking twice by mistake. I contacted parking.com when my card was charged twice. They promptly refunded the second charge.

I spend 45 minutes trying to get out after a show in Warner theater. Will never use this garage again.

Very convenient to park in the building where the theatre is.

It was a problem with cars coming in and going out at the same time.
