I hate this app

I hate this app. It logs me out, a password reset doesn’t work, and I need to create a new account with all my cars. This has happened three times! Also, certain blocks of the same city allow you to pay by time and others make you predict how long you’ll be there. Confusing and annoying!

Horrible

Horrible! We parked in the lot and got locked in there was no attendant and the machine to pay was broken and intercom didn’t work. Took us 45 minutes to get out of the lot and we missed our reservation for a show. Would definitely not park here again

ENTER THE GATE NUMBER EVEN IF THE GATE IS OPEN

They charged me overnight because I didn't enter the gate number before I left. I didn't think it mattered because the gate was already open by the time I left the parking lot at around 12 am.

Parking was easy

Parking was easy and convenient for an event we attended in downtown San Jose. We have a RAM 2500 and since it was outdoors we didn’t have to worry about not having enough clearance as compared to trying to park at an indoor garage.

Possible fraud

I entered the lot at 1:00 and tried to leave at 4:30 and then I put my ticket in it said it had expired and the attendant told me I had to pay cash. $17.00! I saw him do it to the man in front of me and put the cash in his pocket. I told him it looked fishy but I had to get out. Please advise what happened.

Cheats!

Charged me 7+ dollars for 24 mins of parking when the charge written at the entrance was $3.

machine not reading my CC

The machine read my ticket, but wouldn’t read my credit card. I ended up paying through the app which took some time to set up.

Fraudulent Charges

I parked here once, three days ago, and they have charged me every day since. Contacted support on their website and have not heard from them yet. Called the credit card company and they can’t figure out a way to contact them either. I guess I will have to let the credit card company handle it and block them. Poor service and expensive parking.

My ticket was not being taken by the…

My ticket was not being taken by the pay station when I was about to pay on exit. Using the QR code, I managed to pay online. After that I inputted the exit code to no avail. I had to call the attendant to let me out after much communication with the attendant under the San Jose blistering sun.
