We got to the lot and it was closed.

Easy to get in without long waits.

Excellent parking app & facility and attendant. With app was able to see which garages were not full, compare prices, reserve and prepay. Prior to finding and downloading app, it was a nightmare. Wall to wall people, cars and full parking garages. Drove around for an hour searching for garage parking before downloading app. Happened to be in DC during one of the busiest weekends for the Cherry Blossom Festival. Parking garages in a mile radius were completely full. Parking.com was a Godsend.

The parking garage was clean and safe. The attendants were friendly and helpful. I was glad to have a safe place to store my car for the duration of my conference in DC. I will use this garage again during my trips to DC.

The whole process of using the web to reserve and pay for the parking, and the parking itself, was efficient and problem free.

Everything from parking my car to leaving the facility was smooth. The attendants were kind and pleasant.

It was great to be able to book a spot online, especially at such a great price in the city. Finding the lot was easy, and booking ahead of time made the process of getting in so quick and smooth. The lot was tight but luckily there weren’t so many people inside when I was parking.

Always had great experience with Parking.com until this time in DC. We couldnt take the Car out until 11am even if we paid penalty. The Car key was kept locked in the facility.

This was my first time using parking.com. I booked a parking garage spot in D.C. so I could be assured I would get a spot when meeting friends for dinner. It was also convenient paying ahead through the site. The garage I chose had an attendant, which made me feel very safe returning after dark. Overall a great experience!

We were visiting the area and reserved this location because it was directly across the street from the Museum of Illusions. I forgot to have the confirmation bar code ready when we pulled up to the entrance, but the attendant was very helpful and patient as we sorted it out. Finding a spot was easy, so good experience overall

It was easy to make a reservation online, reasonably priced, and staff was friendly and made check in upon arrival simple and quick.

Ease of parking, price & location

QR code didn’t work. Then attendant was yelling about some number code that he wanted that was not clear.

Friendly attendant. Well lit garage. Spaces were large. App was so easy to use

The attendant was helpful. Plenty of parking.
