Very pleasant staff. And helpful. Clean facility and car ready and waiting for me

Parking.com was very easy to use and helped save on parking. The only issue is that the parking deck that we needed to use told us last minute that they didn't take Parking.com reservations. When I called customer service the next day, Karen was extremely polite, and helped us secure a refund extremely quickly. I'll be using parking.com next I need to travel.

Cheaper to book on parking.com it saved me over 30 a night.

Bit confusing getting printout and having QR code on phone when checking it. But went smoothly, particularly checking out

I made a reservation for Entery after: 08/24/24 at 5:00 AM. When I arrived around 5:30m on 08/24/24 the garage so closed. I knocked on the door and called the number posted three times but got no answer and no call back. After about 10 minutes of waiting and calling I was forced to park somewhere else because I could not wait any longer and risk being late. I never hear back from the phone number listed to call for assistance.

Garage refused to take my vehicle and wouldn’t cancel the reservation for me so I could not get a refund for prepayment.

Good to plan ahead for parking, website is convenience

I made reservations for an oversized vechile/suv and when i showed up, they said I couldn’t park there, to go down the street and park there. I have an F150 pick up truck. I prepaid for the first spot and then paid again for the second location. The second spot said just go on line and switch locations and I was already cutting it close for my appt.

I always have to show my receipt because for some reason their machine doesn’t notice that I paid for an oversized vehicle.

They sold me a parking spot and when we arrived, the location was closed.

I parked for less than 1 hour. Their drive up rate is posted online for $40 for 1 hour but they charged $54.91 plus $10.09 in tax for total of $65. I was parked for about 30 minutes. No explanation why I was overcharged for the random made-up number. Don’t hand them your credit card until they show you what they are charging!!! I’m disputing with my card and reporting them if they don’t refund.

The company responded quickly to a concern regarding price. They refunded what needed to be. I appreciate their promptness and cooperation with this situation.
Will be definitely using their locations when we are back in the city.

I'm sure I was double billed for an SUV surcharge. It was included in my inital online reservation and they hit me for it again when I picked up the vehicle.

Must honor the booked price and not bait and switch customers by increasing the booked price afterwards which is illegal.

They were efficient but they charged me an additional $20.00 for the size of my vehicle and they didn’t accept cash.

Paid in advance, only to be told at participating garage that they didn’t accept Teslas. The attendant was sure a should have known this somehow. I had to call a number he held up in his booth to get a refund 5 days later. Wound up going to ICON. They were great! Cheaper too!

Very easy entry and pickup. Highly recommend.
