LATE NIGHT ACCESS AFTER HOURS

All went well until leaving at 12:00 midnight. No directions available on how to get in to get your car. Bancorp Building is shutdown and locked. The skyway is shutdown and locked. The chain link doors to the parking lot are locked. The parking lot help phone number was not answered and message said to call in the morning. We did not stay at the Marriot Hotel but we rang their door buzzer until they let us in. The Marriot staff gave us directions to the Bancorp indoor elevators, which gave access to the parking lot. I did see past complaints about people not being able to get to their cars, with the same problems. Listen to your customers and provide information on how to attain access to your parking lot when it is late at night. Just post this complaint at the entrance and late night customers will know how to get late night access.

Pass said to scan at the entrance

Pass said to scan at the entrance. It said invalid. I tried to talk to the attendant but the speaker was so garbled we could barely hear him.

Upon exiting, the QR code worked. Please update the instructions.

Need pricing list.

Better pricing advertisement should be implemented. There wasn't a pricing for public parking, and I had to find out after I parked. I was charged $28 for 8 hours.

I purchased pre-paid parking for the…

I purchased pre-paid parking for the Timberwolves game only to arrive at the parkade for my QR code not to work. Tried both my digital Wallet and internet browser. Had to pay again. Will never prepay again using this as it’s not trustworthy.

Attendant Saves the Day

I made a reservation and, not realizing it was important, arrived before the start time. The reservation didn’t work so I had to take a ticket. On exit the attendant noticed my trying my reservation to exit and it didn’t work. He stopped me from paying to let me out so I wouldn’t have to pay twice. Great service from the attendant!

The scanner at the exit pay station did…

The scanner at the exit pay station did not work. It would not read the code, neither printed nor on my phone, for the prepaid parking, so I had to pay again in order to exit.

Garage closed for scheduled maintenance

I used Parking.com to reserve a spot for a Twins game. At the garage, the reservation was not honored. They said the garage was closed for scheduled maintenance. I'm not sure I can say who is at fault for the failed reservation, but be generally cautious about reserving parking online. The benefit of purchasing parking at the lot is you won't end up paying double, once on-line for a failed reservation and again at an available garage.

Late Night Lobby Entrance…

We appreciate your ramp for pre-paid affordable rates for Twins games. We are trained in now, but had a hard time finding the late night lobby entrance on Nicollet. Is it possible to post a sign at the entrance? - Thanks

Great price in a good location in…

Great price in a good location in Downtown Minneapolis. Did have issues with actually getting into the parking ramp- the code didn't work, so we had to call the lot attendant - but it did work out okay.

Booking in Pacific Standard Time

When reserving my parking spot, it showed if PST which I didn’t notice at time of booking. When I arrived at the ramp, my pass was invalid and I had to purchase another parking spot. This makes no sense since we are in the Midwest, will not use this facility in the future.

Invalid QR Code

Prepaid reservation code provided was invalid. The code scanned from both the printed form and from my cell phone.

Customer Service was virtually no help.

In the end the code worked on exit.

The QR code didn’t work which then…

The QR code didn’t work which then required us to pay $26 to get in the ramp we had already paid you guys $6 for. We did call you and got a refund but the $26 is what frustrates us.

I prepaid for my parking space

I prepaid for my parking space. When I arrived at the parking garage the code that I was emailed did not work to enter the garage. I ended up having to buy a new ticket at the gate, I will not recommend this for anyone else to use.
