SW 2nd & Washington lot Portland Oregon
We had to go downtown Portland again. I immediately remembered that magical night I had parked the last time. I entered the lot and the same painted lines were there I parked. To my surprise the owner was there at least he said he was. He smelled of boiled cabbage and cauliflower, and was very dirty. He told me all about how the aliens that are going to take over. He thanked me got distracted and started digging in the trash can it was kind of full must have been changing it. We ate and came out. The same guy was there walking around. He appeared to be recreating a scene from walking dead, as one of the zombies. Another unforgettable night I will definitely be back.
The experience was not the best
The experience was far too impersonal. Having to use a mobile device cuts off the ability to park for those without a phone or who may be disabled, or hinders those whose phone battery may give out. Also, I had no idea with whom I was dealing, where you are located and how honestly you would treat my credit card information. The experience made me feel like I needed to shower. Next time I need to find parking in Portland, I will know where not to go.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! I received a citation for $44.00 even though I had paid for 3 hours (only used it for 2 hours and left). There was a guy who was standing in the parking lot with a vest (probably the person who wrote the citation) he saw me scan the QR code and start the payment process but still gave me a ticket without even checking if I paid for it. I called the number on the ticket when I got home only to be told to follow up and fill out forms online because “she was not local” why on earth should I do extra work when I followed the instructions, paid for parking as I was supposed to. I still haven’t heard back about appeal from that day.
The app was not intuitive
The app was not intuitive. It you don’t scan the QR code and just try to find the way to pay in the app it is impossible

parking.com sucks SP+ sucks
New guy giving tickets keeps giving myself and employees of nearby businesses tickets even when we pay every time. Always blame it on app glitches and technical problems. Still waiting for invalid ticket to be cleared with no response.
Good rates smooth process
