Difficult to use from QR code to phone. No help from company. Avoid them. Overpriced.

Guidance was good; however, we went over the time slot by 2 or 3 minutes (and we were worried) but would have had to create another parking reservation to mitigate it since the time had expired. Being able to extend it at that time would have been helpful.

Stated up to $13.00 an hour and $48 a day. After 2 hours of parking time I was charged the full $48 dollars. Very unclear costs and rates.

Parking spaces were tight and over priced for the location and what lot was dirty and had trash everywhere. But it was the only lot that wasn't full on that day.

I feel that the cost is not conducive to the available parking spots

We liked the ease of parking and not hassling with someone but the parking lot was extremely small and vehicles were really close together and we hated the price it cost us $46.00 to park for a few hours not worth it but then again we were extremely disappointed in Nashville and it started with the cost of parking have never paid that much to park anywhere

The sign price was not what was the price I paid. It was very deceiving. I would look for another place to park.

Sign said $9 first hour, I parked 2 hours at $36. Found nearby for $18 for 6 hours.

You have a sign on the front that says up to 3 hours for 12 dollars when 2 hours cost me 36 dollars. There should be a attendant in the lot to help people with how to pay. I spent 15 minutes trying to help a lady.
